Mine arrived two days after the order (fast!), arrived as ordered and I had no issues ordering from this seller. Please note that this version does not fold! I don't need mine to fold, I keep it handy on top of the fridge. I'm short, have arthritis in my fingers and have high cabinets. I can lift down or up and move cups, product boxes and cans easily using this type of tool. This version certainly seems sturdy and according to the write up does everything I need. Previously I bought 5 "Gopher" brand tools, from a local store, but they simply don't last and the store switched to a different type and design that's hard for me to use and doesn't work nearly as well. The cups on the Gopher were attached with metal screws but they screwed into plastic bits, on the cups, that always wore out, which rendered the tool useless. That's been very frustrating, as the rest of the tool stayed in great condition. So, I was looking for a sturdier model that would last much longer! As far as I can tell this model is it, the cups look to be attached better (they also offer cup replacements) as well as working very well. I just received the 32" Reach-Me and tried it out on a few items from a high cupboard-no issues. I love the upgrade to the more flexible silicone cups, which is new to me. Will update this review if the Reach-Me develops any issues. PS: I used to work in a store that had small packaged items that hung from high hooks. It was drag over a heavy metal ladder that took up a lot of room and took too long to open vs., buy and use one of these tools. I purchased it for my own use, but everyone who worked there learned to use it adeptly to unhook the items. It was a far better and quicker choice than the ladder, probably safer too! It surprises me that more stores don't use them!

This is my favorite grabber!! I have several of these from a previous back surgery. It’s very sturdy and the suction cups work great!! I have lent them out to so many people that I thought I should buy some more for myself since I use them all the time for various tasks.

I have used this product for the last 30 years, after I injured my back. It is able to pick up things as small as a "pin" and big things as large as a 16 oz bottle of water. I have been able to access boxes of cereal on high kitchen shelves, and cans of soup on low pull-out drawers. I currently have 1 in my kitchen, 1 in my bedroom, 1 in my dining room and 1 in the garage. My arc reacher from 30 years ago lasted 20 years. It's a well designed product and fills a necessary need for people with disabilities.

I am elderly and under 5’ in height. Best reacher I have used thus far. Good grip on item. Nothing broken

This is a great reacher especially for items that a regular reacher can not handle. Really like the locking option as in trying to lift an item to get with my other hand, my grip would give out and would drop said item. It also picks up small items that others cannot. Am well pleased the purchase.

If you have back problems or surgery, this is a great product. Easy to use, great gripping power. If you are tall, you might want to consider the longer option.

I don't know how I got along without this before I bought it. I have an arthritic vertebrate and I simply cannot bend over to pick things up. I've used similar products in the past but they were cheap and didn't work well or broke easily. The "EZ Reacher Deluxe" however, has been perfect! I've had it quite a while now and I'm amazed at the small sizes of things that it can pick up with ease. I can retreive a dime dropped on the floor,and it's strong enough to pick up fairly heavy objects also. This was money well-spent.

As advertised, very good product. It's no "Grab it", but it's ok. Again folks I say it over and over, you get what you pay for, for good reason. They can spend and do spend a little extra money to make the product better. Just a fact of commerce life.
