Great little thermometer
I have now owned two of these, love them. For the most part they seem pretty accurate and fast. On the back of the case is a temp guide for different meats. Only real downside is that this is of average length meaning you will need to wear gloves or deal with the heat. I have cause some melting to mine checking multiple pieces of meat in a row. Nothing that has stopped its functionality.

Gets the job done! Only thing is the battery doesn't stay in place so sometimes it doesn't turn on till you shake it a little! Other then that good read and light makes it clear to read twmp
