Nice looking in stainless but material is below standard
Expected great results but unfortunately assembly of the stainless steel housing and plastic bottom was nearly impossible. The container would not screw onto the housing no matter what. This has been returned. The seller could not have been nicer. Two emails wanting to know what went wrong and a gracious apology. It seems like a defect in the stainless steel portion which turns out not to be exactly round which accounts for it not aligning with the rest of the unit. Can not comment on it's cutting or cleaning abilities as I never got that far. Regretfully there was no solution but to return it. Refund has already been made. Thank You.

Chops food with ease
Sturdy, go to gadget for easy, fine chopping of garlic, peppers, carrots, nuts etc. Blades rotate easily with a gentle push of the plunger. No more cut fingers! Fairly easy to clean-make sure the “leg” of the grate goes into the cup of the chopper when reassembling. Small storage space.Simple enough for kids to use, too! Recommend this tool.

Buy the OXO version instead
As you can see from the picture, the inner sleeve (which is supposed to keep the garlic or onions from sticking to the blades) is not flush. The plastic part is just loosy goosy in there, making the food stick. So no only is food wasted, but it's difficult to clean. I bought this product because the plastic bit on my OXO cracked, and I thought a metal product might be better. This was a waste of $25. My husband ordered another OXO.

Easy to use
I’m loving my new chopper. The first time I used it I chopped almonds for my chocolate covered pretzels. It worked beautifully and it was easy to use. I especially like that you have control over the size of the pieces you chop. I also love that it is slim and fits nicely in my cabinet. Great product! I will be looking for recipes to use it for New Year’s Eve!!

Small and hard to clean. Can’t remove the plastic piece to clean the blade
Sending back. Smaller than a typical hand chopper and can’t ckean well.

Does not chop. Food gets stuck in between blades
I purchased this based on previous reviews. I have been extremely unhappy with my purchase. When attempting to chop anything (onions, pecans, celery) the food gets lodged in between the blades. You have to dig out the food between every chop. I finally give up and chop it by hand.

works great
We've only this for a short time, but so far so good. It chops things up and works as directed. Cleaning is pretty strait forward, just remember how it comes apart, this will make it easier to re-assemble.
