Great Fit, Great Sound, Poor Connectivity
I've had these for less than a week so my experience is limited. They were super easy to pair and sound absolutely great considering the price point. However, with my Galaxy Note 9 sitting right beside my computer, the earbuds without warning start screeching, hissing, and eventually lose connectivity with my phone. I don't really care too much if listening to music on Spotify but it's an entirely different story when on a conference call. Today, I was on a one-hour call and within the first 30-minutes, then earbuds suddenly (and quite loudly) started what I can only describe as an 'electronic seizure'. I thought I had finally found a great in-ear earbud but the reliability to sustain a one hour call just isn't there. Returning them for a new option.

Whoa. Wait. What?
Alright, so I'm not a full blown audiophile, but I've been spoiled by V-Moda for almost 5 years. I can get the gist of sounds and I'm a wedding DJ that messes with equalizers. I bought these solely for the use of listening to audio books with one earbud at my security job. That being said, I couldn't resist checking out some music when I got these.Holy. Moly. Not bad. Not bad at all! Not amazing, though. They won't blow you through the roof. Let's break these down with no EQ settings.Lows: A lot of these true wireless buds try to push the lows. These are no different. Surprisingly good, and I'm a basshead. They aren't muddy at all and the lows don't interfere with the mids or the highs. Nothing too profound. Just nice and punchy. Let's move on.Mids: The higher the sounds, the lower the quality in my opinion. The mids are well-rounded, but a little muted. Again, I haven't messed with my usual EQ setup, but out of the box they're not half bad!Highs: Here's where I docked a star in sound quality. If I could dock only a half star I would. Highs are crispy. That's the only way I can describe it. Not fresh crispy, but crunchy and a little tinny. Nothing profound here.Look: Discreet. They don't leave the general vicinity of your earlobe. They won't have people asking where you got the sweet buds, but they won't look ridiculous, either. A happy medium.Feel: Okay, I hate earbuds. I'm an over-the-ear kinda guy. My ears are weird and waxy. Buds never stay in and are uncomfortable. Even the buds my friends would swear by would be a nightmare for me. When I worked unloading, I had to buy the cheaper buds that go around the ear and sit in the canal. These have great feel. I do get a small amount of discomfort because of the way that my right canal is shaped, but other than that I don't feel them at all and they don't feel in danger of falling out. Awesome. I could run with these and I have medium ears with small canals. +++Ease of Access: YES. Turned on and paired with each other out of the box. My Pixel 2XL picked up on them right away and I was listening in seconds. And a mono-ear option? A definite plus! Just remember to take the plastic off the magnetic charging connectors, put them back in the charger, and take them back out again. And the batteries of the box and buds were fully charged on arrival! Good service!Overall: In the 40 dollar range, I don't think I'd be wrong in saying these are one of the best you can pick up. I would not price them over 70, but I'd easily pay 60. You can buy these knowing that an ear-bud grinch like me actually enjoys them. Really nice set of true wireless. Be advised that this is an out-of-box review and I will update if they do not stand the test of time (at least 2+ years would be nice).

Cantankerous at times, but really quite good
I do think many complaints may relate to a critical thing the manufacturer did not put in the instructions, but some other nice person mentioned. There is a thin plastic film over the charging area of the earbuds that has to be peeled off. I didn't even notice it and was about to write a very bad review until I saw that post. I thought one of them wouldn't charge and was crap - but it was just the film.Otherwise, they sound really good and sit in the ear nicely. It's true the extra pieces to help it hold on to the ear are flimsy and fall off easily. I think they help a little but are not necessary. Most brands do not even have this. They can also be cantankerous to pair with each other. The instructions do include a way to reset them by holding down the buttons for 8-10 seconds and that seems to work. Although it possibly only works well when they are held close together vs. in your ears. I also think when this problem is occurring other bluetooths may interfere. It seems best when there is nothing else in range. But most of the time they pair with each other just fine. And I can go with just one for a workout if needed. For those minor issues, I took off a star. But for the price they are really quite good and sound very good. And I am very picky about sound quality. It needs to be full and clear and they meet that standard.

Update-Case Won't Stay Closed
Update - STILL haven't heard from the seller regarding the magnet coming off.Update - the magnet came off the case and now it won't stay closed tight, meaning the ear buds stay on 24/7 running the battery down constantly. I've tried to reach out to the seller but haven't gotten a reply. For the time being I will keep a rubber band wrapped tightly because other than that, I really do love them and the ease of their use.Original post - I couldn't get mine to pair with the proper name as the instructions indicated. I did get them to pair under a different name (but two of the same name) but the music wouldn't play through them. So I read FAQ on this product and the first thing I saw was you need to remove the plastic film off the ear bud or they will not charge. I read instructions last night and thought they were charging, apparently not. Nowhere in the instructions that I could see did it tell you about the plastic film. Since I had the case plugged in all night I'm assuming IT'S charged, just not the buds so I will charge the buds in the case until the red light goes out and try again. I'll update this after attempt has been made. If it pairs easily now that I've removed the plastic film, I'll change it to 5 stars. I cannot rate any features yet because I just received them last night. It was however, quick shipping!
