This is a pretty simple piece of hardware and it does what it is intended for. I really missed the convenience of using this device at the gym for shoulder workouts so I felt it was time buy it for the home gym. I was originally just going to order the mount by itself but it sold out. The handle bundle was in stock and was only $5 more so ordering the bundle seemed like a no-brainer. I'm glad I did because the handle also seems well built just like the ones at the gym and now I have an excuse to use it.Since weight plates are in high demand, short supply, and insanely gouged prices, I just made a simple base by drilling a 2 inch hole with a hole saw into some wood, and placed it against another piece of gym equipment to keep it from moving. It isn't bulletproof but it beats having to waste a couple heavy plates just to keep the thing in place. However, it is always a nice option.I personally have no use for the 1 inch bar attachment but the 2 inch fit my existing Olympic barbell perfectly.Either way, this is a great value for something to supplement your home gym and workout routine.

So it is a basic piece of equipment the only thing I didn’t think about is that I have limited plates so I have to set one down every time I wanna use it, if I thought about that ahead of time I think I would’ve gotten the clamp kind or the ones with the welded base. But for what it is it works perfectly and this is my first time owning one, and landmine press is my favorite shoulder workout now!

This is great quality for a great price! Really glad I went with this one.

The landline provides me with a series of additional lifting exercises using weight equipment I already own. Arms, shoulders, back, legs and abs get varied exercises I could never get with just the barbell weights alone. It’s well made for a home gym and works with standard and Olympic sets. Wish I had gotten one years ago. Does need Olympic size weights to anchor. Nice bonus was the hand grip. I would highly recomend.

Sturdy and great value for money. Fits perfectly in 2 45plates. Had one of the best pumps in the home gym after using this product as an opener. Can do a multitude of workouts. Would buy again.

Doesn’t come with base, so you need to use plates to secure. Not clear on the ad. Nice unit. Cannot comment on durability, yet.

Versatile attachment for T Bar Rows, can handle either 1"or 2" bars. Yoke slips thru weights and you mount bar into other end and tighten, add weights to the other end and cradle with the V handle to do rows. This yoke mount swivels and allows you extra range of motion to do not only rows, but close hand overhead presses as well as single hand and individual side arm rows. Less expensive than others and includes high quality handle that can also be attached to your overhead cable for even more exercises.

Easy 5-Stars. Great deal getting both of these together. This works great for multiple exercises. Highly recommended. Fits perfect into one 45 Olympic bumper. I do need to prop the bumper against a wall or in the corner of my rack, or against a heavy object when lifting heavy. This it totally worth the cost. A solid piece of equipment and seems pretty sturdy. I’m a few weeks in and will update if anything changes after heavier use. Seem pretty solid!

Product is solid, good quality welding seals. The only issue I have had is the joint slips out of the Olympic plates at times during reps. A clamp at the base to secure the joint to the plates is needed.
