I used this on the top of my craft table, thinking (wishfully) that it would encourage me to keep my workspace cleared. It is quite large and takes a lot of "elbow grease," but it's otherwise quite easy to apply. While I'm not necessarily recommending this, I had more luck using a flexible paint scraper to release the transfer from the backing than the wooden stick that comes with it. I didn't have any problem with the backing or the transfer tearing using that, and it seemed to make the transfer stick to the table more easily.

I actually preferred when the transfers came in a whole sheet. These come separated into 6. If you don't line them up perfectly you get darker overlap areas. It was very hard to get the small areas to release even after a ton of hard rubbing. It takes a lot more pressure than expected to get the backing to release. I found that if you "popped" the backing (like get a bit of air underneath the backing and push it infront of your rubbing stick) helps to get it to release more easily. Definitely seal your project first and then wait till the top coat dries fully before you try to apply and pull back the backing. If it isn't completely dry it will pull your top coat and paint away. After it is transfered seal it with more coats of top coat.

Turned out amazing! Instructions were easy to follow. Did my prep work and applied the design. Very, very happy with results. I applied the design to an old kitchen cabinet door that I repurposed. There was one spot that didn’t adhere the first try, laid the transfer paper back over it, used a credit card to rub over the surface and it worked. I’ll order additional designs in the future.

First time I used a transfer. Grabbed the table before I was ready to apply it so I ended up placing it where it stuck, not where i wanted to place it. It is not forgiving. You cannot move the transfer once it sticks. I love it tho, it's beautiful, I will buy another one to finish the table...So I decided to purchase another one. I added it to what was already there. Like a circle, I pasted top section on the bottom like it repeated the pattern. Love the finished product!. Fyi...I did paint table with Heirloom Chalk paint 1st, and once transfers were in place, I applied Satin coat to seal it.

I love how this turned out for my kitchen table! The first time I tried using it though, I accidentally stuck two of the sheets together and ruined the idea of them going together like a puzzle. So I cut them up and used them on my daughters jewelry box. It is very tedious and I wouldn’t call it easy to apply but it is so worth it!

We recently moved and my old bedroom furniture didn’t match. These transfer made it look brand new. They were easy to use and very affordable. I actually bought extra to do a hutch in my kitchen also. It’s almost impossible to mess these up and would recommend giving them a try. They brought a Totally new look into the house.

The actual transfer come on 6 separate sheets that are rolled up tightly in a can. Be very careful when you are taking them out to look at. Several of the sheets behind or under the sticky side of the transfers were so curled up that when I tried to separate the transfers, the sticky side stuck onto the top of the transfer below it. I lost a couple of flowers and some of the writing because there was no way to unstick them. Applying the transfers to the doors of the entertainment center I had repainted took a lot of pressure and patience, and I was glad I had ordered the special tool sold for that purpose. The one that came with the transfers was not useful. This is a very large transfer, and I am pleased with the final result in spite of the headache it was to apply.

This was the first "transfer" I had used and I loved its size. I've had people tell me that I should have started with something smaller but I had this antique corner cupboard that we moved during a remodel and really wanted to repurpose it. I love how it looks! I think that a smaller transfer would probably be easier to use but this came out nicely and I'm not at all hesitant to do another. In fact I have an antique China cabinet that is calling my name!
