Music of the Spheres – Mongolian Soprano, Small Handcrafted Wind Chime, Precision Tuned, Weather-resistant Unique Outdoor Wind Chimes, 30"

(This is a copy-paste of my review on another windchime i got). I can't really capture with words what i think of these windchimes. It's quite literally a self playing, beautiful sounding musical instrument. They are truly well tuned, and the materials are of the highest quality. As i said on a previous review, the only problem with them is that you might end up buying them compulsively, like me (i went on to get three after i got the first one).

Have the set of Soprano, Mezzo, and Alto Mongolian and they sound absolutely heavenly. Solid, durable, and look great too.

This is beautiful sounding chimes, and the build quality is outstanding. In future, I will only purchase MOTS chimes. This is truly a five star quality purchase.Having said this, however, Amazon fulfilment did an horrible job at packing this for shipment. The shipping box had a reasonable amount of tape on it to insure that it arrived safely. However, the retail MOTC box was so badly over-taped that it took a sharp knife and several minutes for me to extricate the chimes from the box. Two or three SMALL pieces of tape would have been sufficient. Instead, it looked like a half roll of packing tape was used. Every crevice, every tiny, tiny opening was sealed. If anything alive had been in this box, it would have died within seconds of packing. It was in no condition for gift giving, and the box, which I would use for storage, was totally ruined by the tape. I believe in packing things securely for shipment, but this was overkill in the extreme.

I love windchimes and I've had many over the years. Then I found these at a booth at the TX Ren Faire. They are the best money can buy. They're perfectly tuned, well made, long lasting (no signs of wear after years), and maybe a little pricey but not once you account for the attributes I mentioned. I now have two in the same tonal range in both soprano and whatever the next bigger size is. I hope to get the next bigger size soon and then do my best to stop myself. I've purchased one for my parents, and my mother and sister in law at their requests.Again, there are certainly less expensive options, but these are the best and end up being a bargain in the long run.

We got these to put out at my mother's grave, she loved wind chimes. These are some she always wanted. They have a beautiful tone and look like they will play her tunes for a long time.

Love this chime, the sound is amazing, soothing and relaxing. This is the third one we have gotten. Kept one and gifted the other two.

These are beautiful chimes. This is the second one I have purchased and hope to buy more in the future!
