First off...it smells absolutely fantastic. Like can't keep your nose out of the fur delightful without it having a strong chemical odor. This is used on my brothers Boston terrier with exceptionally sensitive skin and my husky mix who is a Sheddy Beast! BOTH are so soft and wonderful after a good scrubbing with this set. It soothes their skin, has allowed me to stop giving the vet prescription medicine to help with my dogs itchy skin and has immensely cut down on his shedding.Everyone comments how soft he is which means lots of extra petting sessions which means a very happy dog. I came to reorder and saw it was out of stock! Please bring this back, it is the only one that has worked for us! I have super sensitive react to everything skin and I've never had a reaction after bathing my dog with this. It's a miracle.

Edit: always dilude the soap and conditioner, makes it easier to work with and get into the hair, i have a red solo cup, i put 10 pumps of product, and then spray water to the top while stirring, i keep the same bottles for a long time and they always come out perfectly fluffy in the end, i do give them a bath a week so having the same bottles as long as i do just by doing this is my proof.I got these when my girl was having the worst skin issues, she's very sensitive leading me to switch her food and grooming, they both get a bath every week to keep from rashes coming back, it smells amazing, her hair is nice and silky like it should be, her skin issues are a thing of the past. I recommend this to everyone looking for a gentle shampoo and conditioner for their fluffs as this has been the only one that helped.

The conditioner works so well! We live in a drier climate, so I always feel terrible when my dogs’ skin gets dry after baths. Problem solved! Washing with this combo left their coats silky smooth, shiny, and did not dry them out. Day 3 after bathing, and no dry flaky skin to be found. Their coats still smell great. I was worried about the application of the product, since my lab has a thick undercoat. Totally easy! It was easy to work the conditioner in and rinse out excess. Highly recommend!

Uploaded pictures compare the bottles I bought last time to the new ones. For the shampoo, I got a different type of shampoo than the one that was shown on this listing. I can't use it because it contains coconut which my dog is allergic to it. The conditioner ingredients remain the same at least. Looking through the description they seem to be updating the product's information. Overall, been using this brand for 2 yrs and what got my attention was the variety of shampoos they had. Especially after finding out my dog was allergic to coconut, it was impossible to find a dog shampoo that didn't have coconut (allergic reaction can differ, my dog would get swollen mouth, itchy-sensitive skin causing her to bite the area) Looks like recently some shampoos have been discontinued on Amazon (for now?) but updated ingredients/new look are available online through Walmart and eBay...

Pros: scent was pleasing, lathered up well, rinsed off great, the combo shampoo and conditioner was at a great price point.Cons: the whole bottle was basically used up after 3 washes since i have a cocker spaniel mix and a black lab mix (not the tiniest dogs), for the price point and 3 washes, it worked, but what would have made me give 5 stars would have been if i could have used it for 10 washes ideally, even 5.. if this was a concentrated bottle and they gave a smaller bottle to dilute the product, they seriously would win over business, no questions asked

It's not as thick as I remember, this one seems to run more. It has a great scent and leaves pup soft for her therapy dog visits. It does get all that mud and dirt off her coat.

I started washing my Goldendoodle who has some areas with tight curls. I really liked how well the shampoo lathered and rinsed, but the conditioner was a whole other story. It came out chunky and didn't go through his hair easily at all. I watered it down and added more but nothing I did helped. I always comb through his hair when he has conditioner on but it was not going to happen this time. After I rinsed him off and towel dried him I always comb him and then let him run for about 2 minutes before he's back and wanting the blow dryer. At this point, I put detangler on him comb him again and dry him. I could not get a comb through his hair for anything, no matter how much detangler I put on him. My poor dog sat for waaay too long of pain while I tried to get a comb through his hair. After over an hour of little success, I ended up having to cut his hair. Both my dog nor I were not happy. The next day I ran and bought different products and had to bathe him again. Never again will I try this product!
