I originally received a scale that was giving me very inaccurate readings. I gave it about a month and still was doing the same thing. The return time frame with amazon had expired when I decided to return it so I thought I had been stuck with a defective product. However, I was contacted by a rep from Letfit and they were nice enough to offer me a replacement which I happily accepted. I am now very happy with my replacement. It shows me the same reading now; even if I get off the scale and go back on it. Lestfit customer service is awesome. It’s obvious that their goal is customer satisfaction which I appreciate. THANK YOU so much.Update 8/11/20: It’s been over a year and my scale is still working great. No problems at all. It was worth every penny. #happycustomer

This scale is exactly what I was looking for. It has great weight accuracy, and I love the black sleek design. A must for me was the anti-skid pads, and these do not disappoint. It’s very thin, and comes with batteries to immediately get you started out of the box. It also has a unit converter which is pretty cool!

After a week of testing this scale it seems to be a pretty good buy.It repeats within a couple 0.1 lbs getting on and off multiple times.I hold two 8oz sinkers, it reads 1lb heavier, without them it shows 1lb. lighter.Hold a 5lb weight it shows 5lb heavier etc.I don't know how accurate it is, it agrees with my gym scale within a lb.Being accurate isn't that important but being consistent is, this seems to be consistent. I don't really care if I am 185 or 190 I just want to know if there is a change in my weight from week to week.Just step on it, it comes on and tells your weight. If the weight is within a few pounds of a previous weigh in it tells you the difference.I found a place out of the way for it and left it there so I don't know if moving it around from surface to surface will give different readings or not. Bathroom scales shouldn't be in the bathroom to be used daily anyway.I weigh myself on Friday morning only so my water retention and food intake has been consistent for 5 days. This gives me a better idea of how my weight has really changed.It tells my weight consistently and it was inexpensive, that is all I wanted 5 stars

this scale is affordable . It is lightweight, looks sleek, modern and thin.i can change from Feet to Kg so easy .i just started to workout so i need it to controle my weight.I recommend this smart scale to everyone who has a fitness goal!

I really like the color, design and accuracy of the scale. Moreover, the shipping is beyond what I expected. It’s also easy to operate it.

It reads really fast and accurate. I like the style of it as well. It is glass material so you have to be really careful with it so you dont stubyour toe or drop it

All in all I like this scale and it is very accurate on weight. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the weight up and weight down scale bounces all over the place. To me this is not a big deal. It does measure to the tenth and is very accurate. Compared to the last digital scale I had this is far superior. If you just want to know your weight at any given time this is the scale for you. As far as losses and gains if you're really serious just write it down , that's what serious professionals do anyway. I look at it this way , if I can put a known weight on the scale and it reads accurately which this one does that's good enough for me.
