Great smoothie recipes
There are several great smoothie recipes in here. What's nice is that the book is organized well. For example, the recipes are put into individual categories such as smoothies for inflammation, weight loss, detoxing, ect. I would also highly recommend the website, nutriliving.com. They have a wonderful variety of smoothie recipes for every ailment or disease out there. Awesome website!

Smoothie Book.
Paper back book, some black & white fotos, the only color ones are for the covers, simple reading (ingredients, directions, nutitional information), easy to fallow recipes, every recipe is for the nutri-bullet. I like this book a lot. 99 pages. Compact book.

I am so happy that many of you like this book. My objections are many of the recipes have a very high carb count and many of them have avocados! I am diabetic and I hate avocados! Still looking for a recipe book for me. Thanks!

Great gift for a smoothie newbie
I bought this as a gift for my friend after she bought both of us Nutribullet Machines in an effort to jumpstart her own efforts at getting healthier food in her diet. I've been making my random smoothie every morning and texting the recipe & photo to her at 6am - then she copies it in her own kitchen at 7am. (We're ridiculous, I know, but what ever works!) Next week I won't be able to keep our schedule, so I wanted to support her from afar and this book is exactly what I needed.The recipes are laid out in sections that are easy to use depending on your needs and the ingredients are readily sourced and accessible at our local grocery store. My friend has already made two smoothies from the book and liked both of them. That's a win!

I like the way the recipes are organised as weight loss
I like the way the recipes are organised as weight loss, energy boosting etc. They also give you the calorie, carbs, fat, salt and fibre content which is very good. The recipes are easy to follow and don't have lots of ingredients in them which can work out expensive, l have picked out a small number of them in order to keep my grocery cost down. Would absolutely recommend

Brilliant little Paper Back
I would recommend this little paperback because it is actually simple to follow and gives you all the information on different fruit, veg drinks that helps maintain a healthy body. Good investment for me because as you get older we never think about our bodies especially inside and how to clean protect and also keep working in good condition. We all abuse our bodies in some way by overeating rubbish, I hold my hands up for that as I never knew what I know now about keeping a healthy fit body after 35 surgeries' at London University College Hospital and after that those who believed in me seen the massive change in my health, massive weight loss I was also type 2 Diabetic, but now in remission, I still have some major illnesses but I am in better condition than what I was in the past 20 years due to ill health just by changing the way I eat, and what I put into my mouth. I gave up on alcohol for fresh orange juice, gave up on junk food for a fruit salad. You hear so much about diets I honestly tell you this it is a scam diets do not work. For years I tried to lose weight did weight watchers, slim fast, etc. But what I never did was take responsibility for my own health. I blamed everyone else even my doctor's nurses' care workers. But it is what goes into your mouth that makes the big difference. Look there is so much crap told to us, but it all boils down to one thing "YOU". No one else but you either do it or you don't. It isn't easy, but the products I got from Amazon starts with a new beginning take one day as it comes do not set high goals, but short ones that you can reach. Every time you reach your goal give yourself a good pat on the back and treat yourself do not overdo it and always tell your Doctors, Nurses, Health Workers what you're doing so they can keep advising you, and encouraging you. If anyone says anything hurtful, negative just tell them to go look in a mirror at themselves that will shut them up. I lost 18 stone in weight over a period of time not all at once by changing the habit the way I eat, and what I drink. There is so much free information on the intern, but always check with your medical professional, and never listen to crap. If I can do it anyone can just learn to have patience and learn to believe in yourself forget about those around you because it isn't anything to do with them it is all you. Amazon is great as I get all my stuff of them and they're very reliable. Good luck be safe in everything you do and always wear a mask when outside even in your garden do not take any chance.

Not impressive and a rather poor display with no photographs.
Overall a very disappointing book. It markets itself as a Nutribullet recipe book, This is not the official book from the manufacturers of the nutribullet appliance and it does say that in a disclaimer inside the book. It is only 91 pages long, not counting all the extra blank pages inside. Each page just has one recipe, so there’s lots of blank space on each page as well. There are no illustrative photographs inside such as colour pictures for each recipe. One could easily download this kind of information free of charge online. The recipe for the “vitamin smoothie” which contains half a banana claims that it has is Calloric value is just one! 1 cal for something including banana? I will return this book as I don’t find it reliable or useful.

Nutri bullet recipe book
Love this book. Explains all I needed to know about smoothies. Great ideas from which I can use and the benefits to my body from using the combinations given. Great start to making your Nutri bullet work for you. Thank you.
