But it does work, just does not reach the margins (gum to teeth) on upper teeth.. also, the picture does not exactly match the reality since this replacement "brush" head also does not reach the rearward most 'wisdom' teeth..AND the 'nubs' (bristles?) are shorter than the 'nubs' on the U shaped brush head on the original brush..unlikely i will buy another, i will look for a better "brush" head.. :-)if i could return this one i would but i doubt there is a return path for something like this..

Haven’t had it too long, 2 months, to evaluate the device. BUT WHO IS WRITING THEIR INSTRUCTIONS ? Some one who hardly speaks English? Very very poor guidance to explain how to us the devise.
