Chef's Choice Hybrid Diamond Hone Knife Combines Electric and Manual Sharpening for Straight and Serrated 20-Degree Knives, 3-Stage, White

The company erroneously sent out a 120 volt version of this knife sharpener which, unsurprisingly, expired with a pop and a cloud of blue smoke when switched on at 240 volts. I suspect a shipping/batch error. To be fair to both the supplier and Amazon an almost immediate apology and refund was provided which was both impressive and pleasing.

I used this on a number of different knives from branded global ect to a cheap £1 fruit knive which had hardlys any edge left on them, and it gave them all razor sharp edges which have held for a decent length go time and it's quick and easy to touch them up afterwards.

But I can't tell since it came with a European plug!
