This is my third purchase of both the Keto Weight Loss and Keto Meal shake mixes. Each product is perfect in macros and the taste is fine. I formerly drank Atkins shakes but based on the ingredients in that product, I had to find a healthier product. Garden of Life products suited me perfectly. Luckily, I was able to get a great sale on Prime Day. I stocked up!People must realize they are getting a quality product. Sure, it is more expensive than other shakes. I say it’s worth it because the quality ingredients matter! If you want to pay less and shove garbage ingredients down your throat, there are many substandard products out there for you to buy. Enjoy the fake taste and your health will suffer in the long run with those other products.Glad I stumbled onto this brand! Customer for life!!

If you are doing the Keto diet for health or for weight loss, you know how tough it can be to find a keto-friendly meal out and about. Keeping two scoops of this in a baggie is a lifesaver! It is truly keto friendly, and actually taste better than most of the protein powders I ate when I was young and body-building. (OMG, pea protein is just a physical punishment, never again)You can even use this as a planned meal replacement if you should stall on weight loss, or if you have a cheat meal and need to re-kick yourself back into ketogenesis.

I was excited about getting this! Dr Purlmutter is excellent in guiding us on our health. COFFEE is not acceptable in my religion. Unfortunately I can't use this Keto product. I didn't open it so I don't know about the vanilla flavor etc. It looks like it would be great! There are others who need to know this so I wanted to share this. I'm very disappointed! 😕

This stuff taste so horrible. I read some reviews and they also said it tasted bad. So I bought it thinking maybe it’ll be different for me since taste is subjective. I was wrong. It tastes so bad. I almost couldn’t finish it. I’m only drinking it because it’s healthier than the alternative.

I thought this product was great. I purchased the chocolate variety. I add half an avocado and 2 teaspoons of MCT oil and mix with water in my bullet. Makes a nice creamy shake with only for only 2 carbs and 11 grams protein. I struggle with keeping my protein low so any meal that keeps me full until a late lunch for 11 grams works for me. And before the cost of the avocado and MCT oil, it is only about 2.50 a serving. I think that is very affordable since bacon is about 1.86 a serving and 2 eggs are about .64 (18 grams of protein and 1 carb for both)and and that is too much protein and not enough substance to keep me full from 7:30 to 12:30. Just my opinion though. ;)

I love the taste of this shake! Chocolate is my favorite. Tastes like a chocolate malt. Vanilla is good too. It honestly makes me feel amazing. I go through it pretty fast though as I have one every morning. It lasts barely over a week, which makes it expensive! But it is amazing. I even add chocolate collagen and spinach to pack an extra amazing nutritional punch. You won't be disappointed with this product.

I’m not sure why it has such great reviews. I can not find a way to get it to dissolve. I blended it with boiling water today. Blended. With boiling water. And still it was gritty and difficult to swallow. I don’t understand. I’ve never had this problem with other protein shakes. I have the vanilla and chocolate (which were both pricey) and it’s not worth drinking. I will try to find a recipe to add it to in a baking situation before I give up and throw them away. I do not recommend anyone to get these. They make such terrible shakes.

I really wanted to like this as the ingredients seem fab, but the taste is so awful I had to bin it sadly.
