I bought this product because, when I get up in the morning, I exercise on my treadmill for 45 minutes, and sometimes I lack the energy and motivation. Instead of drinking coffee, I drink a large glass of water and use some b-12 sublingual and within a very few minutes, I am raring to go and have all the stamina I need to do my workout. I highly recommend this product.

I really like the flavor of b12 supplements, and they are red, for the fact that they wake you up! This liquid is high strength and very tasty, with all of the vitamin b! Really fantastic mix, will buy more.

I have tried so many supplements since my spine surgery two years ago. This is by far the best energy booster and mental clarity vitamin. I only wish they sold it in larger bottles.
