This product really works. I like the generic better than the name brand because it’s more astringent, and not as oily so feels better at the roots of my hair. Because I have longer hair, I dip my fingertips and some water, and then dip my fingers in the foam so that it can spread easier throughout my scalp.

I've been using this for years. 5% is much better than most that are 2%. It takes 2-3 months to get measurable results, worth the wait. I've been using for years, and it really works. Nozzle makes application easy, foam you massage in, consistency of water so it doesn't make your hair greasy. Can use it every day, even if you only shampoo a few times a week. Takes a minute each morning, each bottle lasts about a month. Over time has made my hair noticeably thicker. They claim you can't use it for hair receding at the temples (which I had) but it works for that too. This brand is also the best value for 5%, much cheaper than Rogaine and the exact same product. Highly recommend!

Started using minoxidil in October 2020. It really does work. I highly recommend the foam over the liquid. The liquid contains alcohol that dries your scalp and causes terrible dandruff.

I had a bad allergic reaction to the product and had to discard it.Check the ingredients before you purchase. I did not have the same reactionto Rogaine. This product was a lot less expensive than Rogaine, so I thought I would try it.I am back to using Rogaine.

Hasn’t been long enough to see if they actually work.
