So this is really no different then sticking the batteries in any plastic container. They don't stay in place, which means they will still be as messy. The AAA don't stay upright at all due to little raised ridges on the bottom that seem to act as risers to make the battery tops all level. The batteries won't be level unless its filled and none are removed, leaving gaps. I was hoping for the case to be designed in such a way that the batteries weren't prone to moving or leaning on each other. Disappointed because I looked at the pictures and checked other options before deciding on these.

It's overall OK for my needs, I store mostly AAA batteries there and some other odd types. For a generic holder and the price I don't think there are many downsides to this except that 60 batteries can be a bit of a stretch. As you can see, 36 pack of Amazon Basics AAA batteries took up most of the space and then I have some different ones in there and the box is almost full. Another plus is that mine doesn't have a logo on it which is nice.

Smaller than I expected and not very sturdy plastic. Agree with the other reviewer.. it is not different than throwing in a plastic food container.

Box is much smaller than I expey, but it's very sturdy and well made. Just don't nexpect to be keeping any c or d batteries in it!

I put 41 AAA batteries & 20 AA batteries into this compact little container! Works for me glad I brought it!

Wasn't what I was expecting. Disappointed. Will be looking for a bigger one to order. Anyone have any ideas

Once you figure it out it is a nice storage unit.
