Concave Prep Board

This cutting board is good-looking and sturdy and the perfect size for our small family. The depression in the center holds the juices and also makes them much more accessible than the cutting boards with grooves around the edges. I do like to use the juices to moisten the meat slices. My only quibble is that I wish the depression were just a little bit deeper.

Often I cook for myself or both my wife an I, this sized board is perfect, it's so easy to wash over the sink, and more importantly, it's incredibly effective. It really holds the juices of what you put on it, and you'll be amazed how much it can hold. It makes steaks that much better, because they rest in their own juices. Every kitchen should have one of these concave boards.
