Perfect addition
I was using liquid and it was giving me great results, but I had horrible heartburn that I tried to cover with honey, which then caused me to start gaining belly fat again. So I decided to give this a try. I've been using it for a few weeks and no more heartburn, same results as the liquid, still a flat belly and good digestion. So I'm happy with it. I'll continue to use this as long as I keep getting great result and feeling great from it.

Helps with digestion and cravings
Really simple product, I don't take them every day simply because if I do I get acid reflux. Taking one every few days and especially before a big meal, it does the trick. Be careful when swallowing! Make sure before you take one you have plenty of fluids to down it with. I made the mistake of taking it without enough water ready and it got stuck in my throat and was really uncomftorble (didn't hurt though).

GNC HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered this from AMAZON because GNC stores were out of stock. It arrived on time but I didn't get to open the bottle until a few months went by because I had leftover product. When I opened the first of the three bottles, half of the bottle was powder. The tablets disintegrated. Not sure if from heat in a warehouse or what. I didn't call Amazon because I used whatever tablets I could salvage. When I opened the second bottle it was the same thing. This time I opened the third bottle and the same thing again. It was past Amazon's return window so I went to GNC in the mall. They refused to help me and told me to call customer service. I did. They refused to help me. Their off shore call center barely understood English so I doubt if they even knew what I wanted. My advice is DON'T BUY ANY GNC PRODUCTS!

Good Product
It gives you energy throughout the day. I can get things done without feeling tired or exhausted. Not sure if its a weight loss because I exercise and eat healthy. But I lose a 1lb a day. So Im not sure if its the product or just my daily lifestyle adjustments with the product. I start on Sunday and its now Wednesday. I lost 4 pounds and I just began everything all in once including the lifestyle adjustments.
