Large size perfect
I've been stuffing pillows between legs both before and after hip replacement surgery. Especially during recovery because I am a side sleeper. My knees were getting sore from weight of being stacked. Finally decided to try this and I wish I had bought it sooner. I bought the large. I rest it between my thighs just above knee area. Knees stay apart and aren't irritated anymore. Sometimes rest upper leg foot end on a pillow. Having knees in open area has definitely solved by discomfort. It's also small enough to rotate onto other side and keep pillow in place. It's cushioned just right. Cut out on both sides means you can use either side anyway you want to. I'm very happy. Its use was best sleep I've had in a long time.

Helps back pain and stays in place
I’ve been having lower back pain for awhile so I decided to give this a shot. The material is soft and comfortable to sleep with. I wish it was a little firmer but it definitely gets the job done and has helped me sleep straighter so my back doesn’t hurt. The material is soft and I like that you can remove the outer layer to wash it as needed. It stays in place nicely while I sleep. Would recommend for a quick solution to help sleep posture!

Absolutely Fabulous! Immediate results for sleep and no pain in hips or legs!
Perfect! Used it last night. Ordered this and another brand. This was accurate to the website description, the other was absolutely not! This stayed put, didn’t shift, I was in no pain when I woke this morning, usually my hip and leg pain wakes me up in the middle of the night several times. I did not wake. First time I got more than 3.5 hours sleep in one night at a time. Last night I got 7.5 hours without waking! Couldn’t be happier! ❤️

. My back pain was 95% better after one night.
I wish it had a strap to hold it in place but wow what a difference. The firmness for me was perfect. The material was soft and looks to be quality made. The cover has a zipper to remove for washing too. Usually have to be up for a Half hour and then do a half hour of massage chair decompression to feel this good.
