Service after purchase.
Normally, if we purchase any electronic home appliances, manufacturer or the company representatives will call us for installation, but in this case we need to call HINDWARE toll free number and raise a request for installation. It will take 4-6 working days for their representative to visit and install.We thought installation will be free.. but they charging INR 600 which includes 02 connection pipes , this was bit surprise for us. We have spare new pipes with us., we asked the service person to install those 2 pipes. For that they reduced the amount from INR 600 to INR 300check installation details/ charges before purchasing this product

Good glass lined water geyser
The water geyser is quite big and more than sufficient for your daily needs. It heats the water quickly and shuts off automatically. It is a glass lined model so installation is free from hindware. Only thing is you'll have to get your own connecting pipes. They'll get it for you but they'll charge you more for it. I've been using it for 4 months and no complaints so far.

Installation service
Friends this hindware product is such a very good quality product, and really it's a value for money product, but their is one thing very bad- the installation service . Really I have never expect this behaviour from hindware appliances about the installation service of their product. Even some day ago one girl call me and tell me about installation and already this time 10 day return policy is over on the product. They think 10 day return policy is over so now if could see any problem at installation time then we cannot return the product and at last we also go ahead, but no this time I say that I have already installed it from a other mechanic , then they say "ok sir then we send you a otp and please share this with ous " actually the otp was about their installation service " if I am happy with their installation service so I could share this otp with them " but though I am not happy so I could not share the otp .. So please don't share the otp if u r not satisfied...

Beg you, don't buy
This product given warranty of 7 year, coil of my geyser got spoiled in first year. Contacted company, not got replaced in 60 days. They will give you multiple number and will ask to this department that department, like a government office.

Hindware service
I received this product from Amazon on 19-06-2020. And the same day I requested for installation via hind ware application. Today (24-06-2020), untill now the service engineer not came to installation. So many times I called to hindware service center and hindware kerala service manager. Every day when I am calling, the service manager saying that the service engineer will come next day. Same story I am hearing from 4 days. The service I think not good from hindware.

Pathetic product, even worse customer service.
The geyser started leaking within 5 months of use. When the technician visited us, he told the geyser is leaking because we keep hot water in it. Nevertheless, he claimed that he has rectified the issue and left.Two days later, it again started leaking, and then went non-functional. The geyser doesn’t turn on now but continues to leak.On complaining again, the technician didn’t visit but asked for a photo of the geyser over WhatsApp, seeing which he diagnosed that the issue is because of a missing part and he raised a request for it. It has been 5 weeks following up with the call centre, technician and area centre manager who all say that the part isn’t available. On asking the escalation matrix they gave us an email id which allegedly belongs to the CEO.In conclusion, do not buy any product from Hindware, because god forbid if it is faulty, you’ll keep on chasing their customer care till eternity while you’re stuck with a non functional product.

Bad service.. Geyser is alright till date. Value for money no doubt.
The geyser takes 15 mins exact to warm water.. But the installation guy's service was not satisfactory. He just somehow installed it and was gone without even informing while we were checking the geyser.There was an extra tap already provided with the geyser which we didn't noticed. The guy didn't bother to check as well as simple ask to buy it which costed us 180rs.See the geyser is ok . Till now.. but I am upset and worry about hindware's services in future
