Excelente

Quality components
These parts are high quality at a good price. Perfect for upgrading those copycat basses, good clean strong signal to the amp now. Honestly, with these pots etc. and a good set of pickups you can upgrade your bass to a top of the line instrument.

Great product
I replaced the internal electronics of a Mexican Precision Bass with this. Everything went smoothly, and the bass sounds a bit better. The stock electronics are cheap and produce static when adjusting the knobs - with this wiring kit there is no more static.Other reviews I read indicated two issues.First, that the knobs (potentiometers) were the wrong size for the holes in the pick guard. I had no problem - these slide right in and work fine. If they did not, I was ready to grab my drill and enlarge the holes very slightly. There are collars (similar to washers but look different) that go around the knob on the outside of the potentiometers, so even if you made the holes a little too big they should still grip and stay in place.Second, I heard the wiring diagram was incorrect. I kept the stock electronics as reference and wired it up according to the chart. Everything worked fine, and I threw out the old electronics. Maybe there was a defect in the documentation they fixed? I do not know. I recommend keeping the stock electronics around just in case, until you are confident that everything works correctly. You will need a soldering iron and the skill to use it to install this product. You will need to be confident in your ability to handle small wires in a tight location as well.If you have a non-U.S. P-bass and want to improve the sound, I highly recommend this product as well as a set of Fender humbucker pickups: they sell pickups made specifically for this bass (I bought mine on Amazon but can't seem to find the link right now). The primary difference between the U.S. and Mexico P-basses is the electronics and pickups - the import basses are cheaper because of the labor cost but also because of the poor electrical components. If you replace the cheap electronics with better ones, you can get the U.S. quality for the price of the import plus around $100, which is still cheaper than the U.S. version.

Great product for the price.
Used this kit to upgrade an old Washburn shadow series bass. All the parts appear to be good quality. I definitely like the included vintage style cloth wiring. Paired with some Fender P Bass original pickups, my bass sounds amazing. The pots work as expected and after shielding the electronics route and pick guard, my bass is dead silent, no hiss even at high volume. The included wiring diagram is off. The jump wire going between the pots is not in the right spot. It basically turns the tone pot into the volume pot with no range, and the other pot is useless. I didn’t subtract a star because the product is great, just google how to wire it.- Update - I've been using my bass with this kit installed for going on 6 months now and still no issues. still works and sounds great. I'm playing through an old Ampeg 1000 watt head, an Acugrove 12' combo cab and a home built 1x15" cab. Biamped or mono (full range) I can't get the bass to hiss or the pots to scratch even at volume levels that rattle the neighbor's windows.some things I forgot to mention, this kit will not fit in most import guitars without some minor modification. the tone and volume pots will require control knobs that fit 1/4" solid shaft pots. the cloth covered wire is meant to be pushed back, not stripped. the tone cap is pretty big. Unless you are using active pickups you will never have anywhere close to 400 volts running through your instrument. if you are having trouble fitting it in your control cavity, get a smaller one. same value but 200 volts (or less).
