Our cat went completely wild chasing it - never saw her run so fast. Unfortunately, not being able to ever catch it and seeing it vanish under the table drives her mad. We are returning it because it's too much for her to handle - she's such a hunter that no moving thing can be left unchecked. She kept on looking for it everywhere long after it was turned off and displayed visible signs of restlessness. After reading up on the subject we found out that it was not for all cats. If your cat is a lazy furball then do try it, it may drive his interest, but if he's an athletic killer machine be very attentive to his stress levels.

The media could not be loaded.  Got an 8yr old tortoise shell who always sits in front of me staring and tapping her paws when she wants to play and sometimes I feel guilty because when my health or mobility plays up I cannot stand or move around for long to play with her. This cat toy was a God send because now I can simply point it at the floor for her to have some kitty play time and boy does she love it (see video) she chases the laser shapes so much she is huffin n puffin afterwards and then sleeps.The toy has an added bonus of being USB rechargable so need to keep buying batteries,plus the torch function is handy too, so I keep it hung on the key hanger so if the electric trips or goes off I can use it to check the trip box or to find my way around in the dark etc.

This is a great little laser toy - I bought it with not many high hopes but was pleasantly surprised at how powerful it is (both the red laser beam and other torch functions). My (almost 1-yr-old) cats love it especially at night either in the house with the lights turned down low, or outside in the garden (again, at night when the laser beam is easier to see). I even tried it during the day today and the cats were quite interested, but the laser was just not powerful enough to be seen clearly for play in daytime. Though it was almost, 30% brighter and it would have been perfect!It doesn't require charging that often and the battery still holds good charge over the course of several days or weeks (depending how much you use it). Overall I'm very impressed and as someone with M.E. and very little energy this is a great little toy that has helped me have better playtime with my kattens. The price is excellent too, and a bargain really considering how many good boxes it ticks. Wonderful little gadget!

It’s fine, works no problem and the little dogseriously loves chasing it around the house.However I ordered a pen that had a few pattern options eg smiley, or a star etc. tue one that arrived only has a dot. The UV light works but I doubt I’ll use that unless I come across any dodgy currency!The torch is fine too. Useful if the dog is wondering around the garden at night.

The media could not be loaded.  omg my puppy loves playing with this I have a spaniel and dose not go for walks every day, she uses lots on energy chasing this as I'm nice and warm with a cuppa also can be used when she is antagonising my older dog, and obviously I don't want to tell her off coz she's wanting to play, toy don't work because she takes them to my older dog and he sometimes just needs rest so this item I find is ideal for distraction and fun she loves it, she getting cleaver and know where its coming from 🤣

The UV light is fake but overall it's pretty good, the main laser has good range and the flashlight is as advertised

Scully, the cat, loves it. As soon as you pick it up she knows it is play time and will chase the little red dot around enthusiastically. It is especially useful in autumn/winter when it is wet and cold as Scully doesn't go outside as much so this gets her some good exercise.I previously had a different cat pen but it was cheaper to buy a new one than replace the three button cell batteries it had, this one is rechargeable so that will not be an issue.It is a bonus that it is also a torch and a UV light.

Nice little laser pen, the one we had was always running out of battery power. This one is great as you can just plug it into any USB port and saves on the battery cost and it doesn't require charging that frequently. It has multiple setting with the laser pointer and a torch (both are powerful). I am satisfyingly surprised with it and it made playtime with Ginny (he cat) great fun and a bit easier to get her in at night.On the whole I find this little device to be simple and effective to use and am very impressed with it.The price is brilliant and I found it to be a good deal and will be recommending it to others.
