White Rodgers 90-370 Fan Relay Rbm Type 184 Heavy-duty Enclosed

I have a 31 year old high efficiency Canadian furnace that the fan relay went bad in. The original relay is no longer available. This relay was not exactly the same but with a little research I found out how to wire it up and it has been working fine for several weeks..

The picture I looked at viewed as to have had 6 terminals. Switch I received had only 5.

I no longer have to give the Air Handler's control box the Fonzy tap (old reference... I know) from a stuck relay every so often. Quick swap and it's working like a champ! Thanks!
