I had not seen this in beauty supply stores at all. I was glad to see it on Amazon for sale.I liked it years ago, in the beauty parlors, no more salons around doing these services near me.I used it one week ago. the results were very mild, no burning at all. I only need 2-3 minutesof a mild relaxer 1-2x a year. The container will last - 1-2 more for me...Good Value...Touch Up.

Purchased to save on salon visits. I have a tender scalp, so no burning, itchiness or scabs. Left my hair very straight & manageable. I recommend using with the neutralizing shampoo. (I purchased as well).

Softens texture just enough and my hair was not bone straight . I gave body and made my hair more manageable. I love that it is not harsh and didn’t burn my scalp. I have 3c mixed race hair, porous. I followed the instructions using the regular for fine hair, 15 minutes. I could get away with the mild strength. Don’t forget to buy the neutralizer shampoo! Great product.

I used the mild formula and Jesus Christ, I’ve never, ever felt a burn on my scalp like this before. The entire circumference of my head is red along with spots through my scalp that are red and extremely irritated. I feel like crying. I would’ve never assumed that a “mild” product, such as this, could instantly burn my scalp this way. I’ve been relaxing my hair for over 20 yrs and this is a first. I wanted to love this relaxer! I’m so disappointed! Fingers crossed I don’t go bald 😢

This was my first purchase and use of Hawaiian Silky. Babbbyyyyyyy, amazing and my hair has never been so soft and MANAGEABLE! I’ve worn wigs and braids for the past year and finally discovered that my hair is not as damaged as I thought and this perm, babbbyyyyyy! Left it in no more than 10 minutes. The top center of my head I could have left in longer but other areas I permed first were tingling and I didn’t want any scalp burns. I used a flat iron afterwards and the areas that needed more time, were fine! I HIGHLY recommend this product and again, it made my hair so manageable!

Ok so I'm white and there for I have kinda thin hair but it was still really curly and I never liked curly hair on me. I got sick of straightening it so I bought this and then left it on for 3 min and then the next day I left it on for 3 min and my hair was demolished after that. IF UR READING THIS DO NOT permanently straighten your curls, your hair is beautiful the way it is and I totally regret it. plus i looked better with curly hair.

It worth purchasing. It works without causing problems to the scalp. Value for money too.

Nice product, the waiting time was long but came very well packed and protected.

The media could not be loaded. Im disappointed and don’t know if I can return it. I bought it to use it for at least a year. Now it will expire in Feb, 2024 and now its December 2023. It should be written clear before we buy the product.

Abgelaufen/expired product. Ich habe mich auf eine mild relaxer gefreut, dennoch war er abgelaufen.... Siehe Bilder. Sehr schade weil ich zu spät gesehen habe und damit mein Kopfhaut kaputt gemacht habe. Das kann man nicht machen, die Kunden abgelaufen Produkte schicken.... unprofessionell
