This works for me for skin itching from food allergies
I was taking a US: brand of L-92 when it was discontinued. This brand is more expensive (it is imported from Japan), but it works as well as my old US-made brand. I rarely have itchy skin, when I used to have it regularly, sometimes constantly. I often lost sleep from the itching. I do take 2 twice a day,. I tried less, but the itching returned, albeit less intrusive. It is such a relief, especially fro sharp shooting itchies, which happened often enough that it is really welcome that it is almost completely gone.

アトピー商法？ 終わりのない継続使用のススメ
継続使用したが、特段の改善も症状の軽減も見られませんでした。ただ延々と継続使用が勧められるだけで悪徳な疑似科学商法を彷彿とさせられます。ホームページなどを見ても「これは科学的な知見に基づいているのか？」と疑問を抱きたくなる文句が羅列されているのみで初めから読んでおけばよかったと思いました。（完全に私の判断ミスでした。）腸内環境を整えるという意味でも、特に効果らしい効果はなく、プラシーボ程度の意味ならあるのかもしれません。

効かなかった人のレビューが多かったので、劇的に効いたケースも載せておこうと思います。子供のころからアトピーが酷く、とくに紫外線が強くなり気温が上がる4月5月は浸出液もひどく人前に出られないほどでした。服用を始めて1か月でかなり肌が落ち着き、2か月で例年までの状況からは考えられないほど改善し、普通の人の肌のようになりました。それからは3~11月のあいだは毎日のみます。寒さが過ぎ去り温かくなってくると肌がぞわぞわしてくるので、アレルケアを飲み始めるというようなサイクルです。因みに私は副腎皮質系の塗り薬は小児以来使用していません。ご参考になれば。
