Fit & Fresh Insulated Bento Box Lunch Kit, Woodstock

This is a bit thinner than most - not bulky - but very functional. Nice design - sturdy. My niece loved it so much and so did her sister that she wanted one too. So I ordered another one. As the school year's progresses, we'll see if this rating changes. What I do like about and it is appealing to my nieces is that they have so much to carry, and it can fit in their backpack or light weight/not bulky making it easy to carry as well. For an adult lunch - I do not see it housing leftovers we tend to bring from home. It has enough room for a sandwich and something else like a bag of vegetable sticks.

I can't say that it's leakproof since I haven't put anything with liquid into it, but the seals on the boxes seem snug enough not to allow leakage. There are 3 compartments: 2 are small and have a separate box with its own lid that fit into the small compartments AND there's a large section big enough for a sandwich but it doesn't have its own box. It also comes with 2 thin ice packs that fit into the main lid that covers the entire box. The outer cover is sturdy and has a zipper closure. Overall, it's nicely made and fits great in my backpack. I'm glad I bought it!

I have been using this lunch box for my daughter for several months now. I love the Tupperware that comes inside the lunch box, and I like that the box comes with ice packs. I however do not like that the ice packs sit right on top of the food. My daughter is a very picky eater, and has complained several times that by lunch time her food is all soggy due to the ice packs sitting on top of her food. The lunch boxes come in lots of cute prints which was nice.The Tupperware can be machine washed, or hand washed. And fit together tight so no leaks have ever occurred. The containers are a little hard for younger ones to open, but my daughters teacher has always been kind enough to help her.

I don't actually use the boxes for school lunches as there is no room to add a juice box if I do. Or an extra sandwich. But I do use them if we go out and I can carry the drinks separately. I find them easy to use and separate foods as needed, without the need of a baggie. The kids love the designs and the ease of carrying it, and having the fun box when we do use it. I like the snap in ice packs.

This has become one of the best investment I have ever made. It works great and my daughter loves it. Perfect size for my daughters lunch and I am able to squeeze and juice pouch in the sand which comp. w/whatever is going in it that day. I bought this for my youngest who comes home with her leftovers scattered within the lunch box, making it a pain to clean out. This looked like the perfect solution in that the plastic container can be removed and washed. My only problem with this is the zipper gets stuck on the white part of the lunch box (the plastic thing fits pretty snug) and so it is hard for my little first grader to open her lunch box sometimes. Otherwise, for the price and the convenience of compactness, this is a great lunch box. The plastic is sturdy and I like the bento style of the box. The cold packs do sit directly onto the food, so you may have to remove them to clean. This is a little tricky to do and require some manipulation and dexterity so if that is an issue, you can just opt to leave out the cold packs once you remove them.

It is a great size and wonderfully made. It IS LEAK-PROOF. I tested this by filling all the containers 3/4 of the way with water, closing the lids WELL (you really do have to press well with the small containers as others have said) and then placed them upside down for half an hour, then on one side for half an hour then the other and so on and so on. Not one drop came out of any of the containers. IT WILL leak between compartments in the big container though so if you're going to use liquids/sauces, stick them in the small containers unless it's all right to have it mix between areas (it all depends on what food you're sticking in there after all). I haven't tried the ice packs as that's not a priority for me.

If it is important to you that your lunch stay cold, do not buy this product. I like to feel confident that the mayo in my kid's sandwich is not going to turn bad by lunch time. I want her salad to be cold and crisp. She says the ice blocks are thawed by lunch time but that her food is "still kinda cool". I'm not taking any chances. I'm buying something different. Also, if you make lunch the night before and put the lid in the freezer and the box in the fridge over nite, the two pieces will not fit together in the morning. If you do manage to force them together, your kid won't be able to get it back apart at lunch. Now, all that said, it is super cute. Daughter and I both like the retro flower pattern and the cute blue and yellow lidded boxes that fit into the bento box. It provides for a lot of configuration options that make a bento box fun and convenient.

Perfecta para llevar tu comida a la oficina. A pesar de que es bastante compacta, su capacidad es mayor de lo que pensarías, particularmente si no agregas los insertos para enfriar. Está muy práctico que lo traes todo en un paquete, lo sacas de su funda y lo metes al refri. Fácil de limpiar y lavar. El diseño está atractivo y sencillo, muy sencillo para una lonchera. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, está genial por lo que cuesta.

Love it - bought this for my kid's school lunches. The two 1/2 cup inserts are great for knowing your portion size (not that I worry about that for the kid) and to prevent leakage between compartments. A good sized main compartment can fit a sandwich easily, or plenty of other food if a sandwich is not on the menu. The insulated bag fits the bento box well and is an easy wipe-down clean. A couple of things about the freezer pack inserts that fit into the lid of the bento box: (1) they are pretty difficult to get in and out - I suppose you could leave them in the lid and put the lid itself into the freezer, (2) the inserts add significant weight to the lunch bag. When it comes to using the freezer packs the benefit did not outweigh the cost for my 3 year old. It was simply too heavy in her backpack. We used them one time then popped them out for good. That being said, I think it's a great lunch bag/box at a good price and when I head back to work I may pick one up for myself.

Llevamos ocupando está lonchera desde que mi niña tiene 2 años, así que ya casi lleva 2 años en nuestra vidas. Es muy cómoda y resistente.A ella le encanta además que es un plus que viene con su funda protectora.Definitivamente la volvería a comprar

El diseño de la bolsa es muy bonito y atractivo, justo como se ve en la foto. El contenedor es de buen material, ya lo he utilizado bastante y aguanta muy bien el uso de niño de 4 años y lavavajilla, sólo le he encontrado dos inconvenientes- Es difícil de abrir para los niños, aunque por lo mismo resulta bastante hermético y no provoca derrames y- El tamaño de las secciones, las secciones donde trae otros contenedores son de tamaño perfecto, pero donde no hay contenedores me resultó bastante grande para lunch infantil, tal vez para adultos es adecuado.A pesar de los inconvenientes estoy contenta con el producto.Por cierto, lo sin las piezas para enfriar, con ellas resulta bastante pesado.
