I have purchased pretty much all the FriXion products--pens, markers, highlighters, erasers, and now gel pens. These are my favorite. They erase well without me having to use so much pressure it warps the page. The regular pens work okay, but the pen itself was so fine, I wasn't a fan. The gel pens are the best of both worlds. They erase as well as the pens, but they have the thicker lines and darker pigments like the markers. They are not gel pens in the traditional sense. The ink seems to be more watered down than a traditional gel pen. Still the erasable aspect is the number one selling point for me. I am able to color code my planner, and each year I will take a hairdryer to it, erase the previous year, write some new dates in, and I'm set! I use the black one for everything, so I'm going to order some more. I know I'll go through those pretty quickly.

Once I started using erasable pens, I could never go back.These are an amazing addition to my collection.They are exactly as described. I have verified the ink color re-appears at -10 CBelow is an example of a page written in the べにさんご color. (No judging handwriting please--I was using my non-dominant hand at the time). You probably can't tell, but there are a TON of erased marks on this page, which means it does its job quite well!Only problem I can see with these is that if I write slowly, the ink can appear quite thick, so not fantastic for tiny writing. I recommend the 0.38 mm variety for tiny writing.

I heard about these very smooth writing pens from a student in my Accounting class. After he let me write with one, I had to get some of my own! I looked on Amazon for the product that I wanted and found many results, I am picky when it comes to writing utensils; I have my preferences. Once I received them I immediately made sure that they were just as good as the ones that my classmate has, and they are! Very smooth and they don't bleed. Makes writing more legible. Each pen has its own eraser built-in to the cap. Thank you Pilot for designing these FriXion Erasable Gel Pens in .7mm and not just .5mm!!!

I am always looking for new pens for using in my coloring books and these are fabulous. They are a great range of colors the ink flows smoothly and evenly and best of all they erase almost completely. They do not bleed through the page although you do get some shadowing to the back off your page. The body of the pen is a medium quality it is not the heaviest or sturdiest pen I have ever seen but it is not cheap and flimsy either. The only little issue is you can't see the inside of the pen to know how much ink there is but that is not significant for me. I can't see anybody not getting great use from this set for note taking, journaling or coloring. One thing about the erasers is that they are specific to these pens so even though you get four you can't really use them for anything else.

These pens are amazing!!! I love them so much. I bought them because I have two sons who are 8 and 11. I bought them a coloring bible to help them get excited to learn about God. This was able to help them color and erase if they make a mistake. It has been so wonderful seeing them being able to erase. When I was a kid and messed up it was just messed up for good. Now, it is so simple to erase. The eraser is like a piece of rubber that is colorful. Also, it is temperature controlled. My kids did an experiment and wrote with these pens on a piece of paper and then stuck it in the freezer. They waited 10 minutes and then took the paper out of the freezer. The writing was gone without erasing. It is kind of cool because when it got back to room temperature the writing appeared. They were playing detective with these pens and were having so much fun!

Love these pens! I am an OCD planner addict and these work great for my planner. I have each family member color coded by pen color in my planner so the variety of ink colors is awesome! They really are truly erasable and every trace of ink is gone! People typically don't believe me when I tell them that these pens are erasable until I let them try them. I can't tell you how many times I have steered people towards these pens on Amazon after they have actually tried them because they loved them!I'm also a Registered Nurse and I have started using these pens at work for my report sheets (brains). I use a different color for each day I work and it works great!! The fact that they are erasable comes in very handy!! The only thing I wish is that they were retractable pens.

As a teacher and an avid bullet journalist, I can't imagine doing my planners or my grading and record-keeping without them. Somehow knowing you can erase perfectly takes all the stress out of these jobs. I bought this same set about a year ago and have really used them non-stop. I color-code everything and a few of the colors are starting to run out and I am only buying them to replace the ones that are used up. It's not the products' fault - I seriously use them all the time.

Saw these on Project Runway and knew my daughter (an artist) would love them. They are so useful and the fact you can erase (completely) is a fantastic benefit. I would recommend these to anyone that sketches, draws, teaches with color coding, or just loves to write in different colors. The colors are bright and vibrant. They fit nicely in your hand and come with an additional eraser besides the one on the pen.
