Pros:1. During sweat, it helps to maintain grip which doesn't allow to slip easily which is a foremost that need to be taken into consideration before buying yoga mat2. Thickness is appropriate and material is soft, easily foldable3. Durable in long run (i am using it since 3 months regularly)4. Doesn't turn messy even on regular use and one wash in a month is enough5. I purchased two yoga matt from two different sellers but this one is more satisfactory6. Size: approx. 6 inchesCons:1. Elasticity is appropriate, normal yoga matt with satisfactory quality, there is nothing extraordinary in it2. Texture design varies as per thickness3.
