This is a good little device with a decent camera. It took a couple of attempts to conntto my phone but once it did it worked well. It certainly will save a lot of time going to the doctor to check on my eardrum, as I get intermittent sudden deafness and have to have it checked.

I purchased this otoscope for my 2 years daughter, who is suffering from often ear infections. Each trip to doctors is a big stress for her. This product is really helpful and easy to use. Using this otoscope I do not need to be a doctor to understand what is going on with her ears. The manual is pretty easy and I set it in couple of steps. Moreover watching ear picture on the phone screen makes it fun for my daughter so she sit still when I check. And it’s great product for its value.

Note for idiots!! if you DAMAGE your self using this, you have only yourself to blame!!It is a wonderful inspection tool, for things normally only doctors can do...

I'm not sure pokeing your ear with anything is good but my husband loves it, I'd suggest trying opi candles to remove wax from ears

All is good once i worked out that you have to connect the camera to your phones wifi
