Taste is blah, price is good
The taste is not good at all, but it's so concentrated you only have to take a teaspoon a day, wash down with your favorite drink. Plus the price is great. IFOS certified as well.

Not for the weak stomach or touchy gag reflex
Maybe I have never tasted "real" mango flavor...but this tasted like cooking oil. Really REALLY difficult to swallow the ONLY tablespoon I ingested. I am sure its great for you, but I literally just cannot swallow it on a regular basis. I will stick to the capsules.Got a quick refund and no questions asked though- so that is always a bonus. =)

i use the lemon flavor. After the first couple of days when i got the idea of swallowing oil out of my mind, i really didnt mind it at all. Take it with food, as suggested, the food will kill the mild taste anyway.
