Good quality
It's good quality as both parts that screw down to tighten are well made and give a good firm grip. The cork grip helps hold onto things well. All of the parts are metal, even the part that affixes to the ring stand. For the price this is definitely worth it.

The clamp is cheap, but is good. It is fast acting and easy to screw. It is also a solid clamp. I already ordered more
