Love this pan definitely!I made a quiche,before baking,I was a little worried the fluted sides would not release the pie,but it came right out and the rim helped to make a beautiful crust.So far,can't beat the quality for the price.Some useful tips from my use,hope it is useful:1) Before baking,I will suggest that though the tart pan is non-stick,I still spray them lightly with some oil just to be on the more safe side.2) After baking,once cool or with an oven mitt,lifting the bottom was an ease to get the tart out.Much easier to serve than from the regular tart pan.3) Washing was an ease.Because mine has nothing stuck.so i just use a soft sponge to clean.Certainly dishwasher safe too.I really love the quiche pan,enjoy my pies.Forget to say:it is fast delivery and with nice sponge safe package.Highly recommend,good quality and good price.

It may seem nit-picky, but I'm in the process of returning this. The photo shows very a very tight radius at each of the 4 corners. In the actual product, however, the corners are much more rounded, giving it a much less professional appearance.As I haven't actually used this, I can't testify to any of the "rate features" but see no reason to assume it's perfectly functional.

This pan worked really well. The tart did not stick, nor did it cook too quickly which sometimes happens with non stick. Be careful when handling and washing as the edges are sharp.

Great pan worth the money.

I bought this to make a 10" peanut butter cup. It worked great, especially the lift out bottom. I accidentally scraped the bottom with a sharp metal knife and the resulting scratches in the nonstick coating was surprisingly minimal.

This was a good pan. Made a 5 star fruit tart with it. Super easy to clean and the tart came right out if it with no issue. However, although this was a good pan I did notice after the first wash it started to rust around the edges.

Dark color aids in the baking process.

I used it to make a fruit tart and it worked perfectly for my needs. The crust slid right out.
