*original review*I was really excited for this device because it looked like it was going to be sturdy and last a while. It turns out I've only used this three times and it's already cracked and tearing apart. All I did was wipe it with the cloth that comes with it. I'm disappointed because other than that it works great but I was hoping for a better quality product. Its unfortunate that I can't get my money back.*Update*After my original review the company contacted me and expressed concern for why my product was broken. After answering a few questions about packaging and handling they offered to give me a full refund or to send a replacement. I opted to receive a replacement since I use this product for my business. Within a week I received a brand new scrubber and a free gift for my troubles. I think the customer service is exceptional and they really care about satisfaction. I would recommend these products and this company simply because of their top notch customer service. Also I would like to point out that the old scrubber was still functional. Since they didn't ask for it back I brought it home and I'm using it on myself. I kept the new one for my clients. Needless to say I'm happy with the outcome and with the product.

I only used this thing one time and now it doesn't even vibrate, the power button gets stuck whether trying to turn it on or off. It took a whole hour of me pressing the non existent button for me to turn it off. I do not recommend this device, I should have known better to buy a device without any physical buttons. on top of that, there is no troubleshoot instructions!

We’ve all heard that you get what you pay for, right? There are plenty on the market at $15, &20, $100, but I decided to give this a try. Once you open the package, you’re immediatly struck by the clean lines, a hint of futuristic, and definitely a weighty instrument. The base is weighted down and the instrument fits into the cradle perfectly for wireless recharging. Make sure to give its initial 4 hr charge, which will appear as a glowing ultra thin light strip set UNDER the stainless instrument. Once ready to go, make certain your face is washed and wet with warm water. As you glide the “blade” over your skin as the directions show, watch in a magnified mirror as your pores erupt with whatever was clogging or ready to clog. There’s a very fine mist produced, and even those with flawless skin will see that your pores needed a thorough cleaning. Clean off the “blade” and turn it over and you can apply a deep moisturizer.This truly vibrates at the ultrasonic level as advertised vs something that just vibrates. The $300, a bit pricey, but if you’re getting a medical level treatment, you can now save the $$$ a salon or med-spa would charge. I give it a thumbs up!

I’m torn on this…It works well. It has a nice, sleek appearance. It has 5 different intensity levels and 2 different modes - deep cleaning mode to clean out pores, nutrition mode to help skincare absorb better. The pointy side is the side you use for deep cleaning, flip it around for the flat side to do nutrition mode. It has an auto timer of 5 minutes. It is able to clean the skin and get gunk out of your pores without damaging your skin (unlike pore vacuums, which are notorious for damaging skin when using incorrectly). This does the job without doing damage.The reason I’m torn on this is the price. I don’t usually like rating based on price since what is affordable/expensive differs for everyone. BUT when things are priced high, I do like to mention whether I personally think it is worth that price and why or why not. I’m this case, I just don’t think it is. It’s currently priced at $269.98 (down from $299.98). There are many other skin spatulas like this that have the vibrations and cost FAR LESS. No, they don’t have the silver, futuristic, sleek design. But, they still look good and cost much, much less. So, for me, I personally don’t think the price is worth it. Having a skin spatula I think is worth it…just not this price! If the price isn’t a factor for you, this is nice and looks cool. But, I’d recommend just going with a cheaper option since it’ll do the same! So, I’m giving it 3 stars.

This is a sleek and elegant ultrasonic facial scrubber. It feels nice in the hand and has a luxury look and feel to it. It features touch control for power on/off and intensity adjustment (5 levels in total), plus a matching wireless charging stand to keep it charged and ready for use. It is a scrubber and a massager in one. Flip it over and use the other side of the blade as a massager to gently apply serum or cream deep into your skin.The scrubber is easy to use. I spray my face with micellar water and then apply the scrubber. It does a pretty nice job of deep cleansing my skin. I could see the dirt that's clogging my pores being collected at the edge of the blade as it glides over my skin. It is IPX5 water resistant. I use it with my wet hand without any issues. After use, I simply clean the blade under the faucet.I also use the scrubber as a massager to apply a serum to my face. I apply the drops, spread them evenly over the face and then glide the other side of the blade over the skin. It really helps massage the serum deep into the skin.The scrubber comes well packaged in a highly-presentable box, which would make a lovely gift to your loved one. You get the scrubber plastic sleeved in a tray, plus two small boxes containing the wireless charging stand, USB cable and a drawstring travel pouch. A small cleaning cloth is also included.Overall, I'm pleased with this ultrasonic facial scrubber. It is sleek and elegant, yet functional and practical. I'm using it both for cleaning my face and applying serum to my skin. It works great for me so far. That being said, I can't really say it's worth the $300 asking price. It is a very nice facial tool but seems overpriced. It is worth giving it a try and see for yourself if it's worth the investment. Anyway, a fine product.
