These are exactly what I needed
If you need a case study for random foot problems, then let's talk. I'm having discomfort with the ball of my foot, enough so that it hurts to walk at any time with shoes on and after a while with my shoes on. Researched the problem and came across this solution. They work exactly as I hoped they would. My one suggestion would be for Powerstep to make a quick video on positioning. I repositioned my first pair several times to get the best fit, but the adhesive wore out, as any would. I purchased a second pair and used the gorilla glue double-sided tape - they have a box in which the tape is cut into small squares, which wound up being the exact size I wanted - and moved them around first before pulling the back adhesive off and setting them permanently. If you outline them with a marker, it will make it easier to place them when you get new shoes/insoles. Hope you get the foot relief you're looking for.

They really don’t stick well at all
It helped my Dads pain and discomfort from his deep callus but it was already falling out of the shoe after the first day. The stickiness was terrible! (Very weak) it wasn’t especially thick and cushiony but it did help him while it was in there.

Waste of Money-Attention
The product has no adhesive. Complete waste of money. They must be sending out old product where the sticky part has lost its efficacy.

False advertising
These cushions are falsely advertised and not worth much. The picture on the site makes them appear a 1/4-3/8" of cushion and they are maybe 1/16th of an inch. The adhesive strip is about 1/2" by 1" wide, is not very sticky, and stays in the shoes for 1-2 days max.

Not what hoped for
Does not adhere to insole. Have to modify to get it to stay in place. Did not work as hoped.

Good but with a problem
I have chronic metatarsal pain towards the front of the foot and down the mid-line. These do work. They last about 9 months. But as the previous reviewer noted, they do NOT have sufficient adhesion for the inside of a shoe. Powerstep makes another produce of similar nature but more of a dog-leg shape that does have better adhesion.
