I purchased the 48 ft light string which worked well for my space. I love that these bulbs are 2 watts each. They are bright. Just be aware that a small fuse must be installed in the male plug end for the string to light. In my package, the fuse came separately wrapped and I needed to install the fuse myself. Open the fuse compartment in the male plug, insert the fuse, and with a small screwdriver, push the fuse holder with the fuse inserted toward the prongs to engage the fuse. Then close the compartment. A mention of the fuse and its installation could have been a helpful addition to the single page of instructions, but was omitted altogether. Take care not to lose the tiny fuse while unpacking. The cover of the fuse compartment would not stay closed in my case, so I secured it with a zip tie.Also be aware that the bulbs must be firmly inserted into their sockets in order to light. None of my bulbs lit up initially after I snugged them down, but all lit up after I went back and gave them another quarter turn or so. They must seat into their weatherproofing to turn on. You get 3 spare bulbs with the set, a nice touch. The female plug end has a rubber cover to protect the electrical contacts from the elements. The string is connected to a timer which controls its operation. I do not have it connected to a dimmer. I am happy with the purchase so far.

These are really good string lights. They were brighter than expected but not too bright. We've really enjoyed using them on the back porch and by the fire pit.

These lights came out way better than expected. I have a huge back yard and 2 sets of the 48ft ropes did the trick. They’ve held up through the rain & freezing temperatures so overall I’m satisfied

I’ve bought a lot of these string lights. This build is really nice. There’s even covers for the plug section not used. There were a few negative reviews saying the bulbs didn’t fit. I thought this at first but the fit is really tight. This keeps water out. Couldn’t be happier. I will probably buy more. The bulbs are good too - plastic so they don’t shatter as glass bulbs do. And they give you 2 extra bulbs. Buy it!

I bought 6 boxes (576') of these, first 1 to check quality, than 5 more. They were to light a parking area at my daughter's wedding reception being held on our property. Each box came with 2 48' runs, except for one box having only one, which was returned and replaced at not cost. The parking area was away from an electric source, so a gasoline generator was used to power that 576' string of lights; start to end no dimming was noticed. Furthermore, much to my surprise, not a single bulb was out. Each gave of a warm light. No complaints at all and fairly priced, and I did buy these.

Purchased these to continue the strand in the backyard. They look great out there. Didn't rate them for longevity because we haven't had them that long, yet. But they are exactly what we needed.

We bought these lights in 2020 and have had zero issues! I love them! They have been outside since we got them and they work wonderfully through heat, snow, rain, high winds, and just about most weather! Looking to get more soon for the other side of our yard. I also nearly forgot to mention that we haven't even used any of the replacement bulbs it came with!

My set arrived with one bad bulb socket. The return was very easy. We are looking forward to receiving the replacement set, because were fantastic!!!
