I installed this item on my '07 Ford Edge. It's cost effective and fairly easy to install. There is dedicated tech support, though it's through text messaging. This is definitely a very reliable product.

I’ve putting off installing one every winter. Decided to give this a shot for my 2010 ford edge limited. Install was mostly easy and directions were mostly easy to follow. I did not have to cut/solder/splice any wiring. It was all harness to harness connections. Took a couple attempts to program it but got it in the end.Two issues however. The new OBD harness did not fit into the slot in my under dash panel so I had to improvise a mounting bracket. The second is I can’t be certain if the car is started if I can’t hear the engine or see the exhaust. I think the parking lights are supposed to flash once the ignition is started but they don’t.All in all, very happy and recommend doing it yourself if you some moderate knowledge. I put this off for too long.

Very easy installation! MPC had all of the unneeded wires clipped and taped up so it was basically plug and play other than taping into the OBDII plug which wasn’t as hard as I initially expected it to be! Great product, great instructions, great buying experience!!

The install was not that bad but tech support is not good since they only communicate by email so it takes days to do some tests and get results. They never could figure out how to make it work properly in my vehicle and would never admit the product was faulty so I had no choice but to return it for a refund. It would only lock my doors and never start the vehicle. I am experienced since I work with plant control systems and instrumentation and this product may be good but the company structure prevents good assistance when troubleshooting. I will not recommend this product simply due to my struggles and wasted time.

Ordered for my wife’s 09 edge. Followed the instructions and had an issue with the “brain box” emailed customer service and got a response the same day. sent me the fix and instructions now working just as they say!! Super easy install

The module I received was not flashed correctly for my vehicle, I took about a week of emailing back and forth to finely come to this conclusion. They sent me a device so I could flash it again myself with easy directions. Once that was complete it worked great.
