New for Nintendo N64 Mario Kart 64 Video Game Cartridge Card US Version

Was excited to get the game but it does not work. So that’s a bummer. Company/seller will not respond to my complaint.

Didn’t work. I’m glad I tried it out before I gave it to my bf as a Christmas Gift. Still waiting for seller to accept my refund request...

I'm curious and interested since Nintendo clearly stopped making these games, so I'm wondering if this was a copied game file made new?(because if it was a "New Collectible" it would be more expensive and limited on Stock, but oh well *shrugs*)(Of course I would have no proof, and am not claiming anything what so ever.) After, playing the game, I will admit I don't remember everything from playing the original game, but I felt like there were subtle differences in the game itself.Example:Sound and Music- The Sound Effects of the Karts/characters from each Player Screen (On Multiplayer) would cut off sometimes here and there.- The music would start on the beginning in most maps and then cut off half-way through the race.(I think this may have happened when I played the original too, so I'm not sure.)For those who think maybe it was an (Audio/Visual Cable issue).....I thought the same thing, but ended up playing another game that I bought....and did not have any issues with sound or music on the other game. (I played Bomberman64 that I bought from another seller)Map Glitches?- For some reason in at least 80% of the maps, there were actual "Bob-ombs" ( The living-moving mechanical bombs) just freely on the race course. ....(I don't remember that being in the original, but I could be wrong)It could have been a setting issue, but I did not check.Some of the "Bob-ombs" wasn't that much of a problem as it made the the race more enticing, but was annoying every now and then, and some didn't even explode on contact, but was just a mere "image" of sorts that the kart can race right through sooo....glitch, perhaps?-The map with "Bowser's Castle"....I noticed that (playing multiplayer) all the player's karts/map itself sort of "ran" faster? Almost like all the karts had their normal speed x 10 as if they were sped up some how....Its hard to explain... and that would sound like an advantage to some...but because of that it actually made it hard to turn here and there and not crash into the walls. (the map itself was still playable though just fyi)Even after all that, I am willing to give this game 4 stars, for allowing me the chance to have some nostalgia when playing this game. I was still entertained and had a great time playing this, so thanks!(The main reason I wanted to share the "Issues" I had was in case others were thinking of buying this game to play and enjoy (all of the original experiences)...just be weary and cautious as you may run into the same bugs/glitches that I did, however, entirely the game worked and was definitely enjoyable!....And was "New" somehow... (I still think it was a copied game file made into a new cartridge *cough cough* but I wouldn't know for sure.)

Loved this game when it came out. I played it a lot with my son while he was growing up. When he grew up and moved out, he took it with him since it belonged to him. Our younger son wants to play it with me now so when I found it on line, I was thrilled! It works perfectly.

This game was exactly what was advertised. I have purchased older games from other sellers and had the cartridge swapped out for another cheaper game when I tried it out. Mario Cart is one of the more expensive N64 games so I was worried about that.The game came in a nice plastic sleeve and was in brand new condition. The cartridge looked new and clean, the sticker looked new, and the game works perfectly.

Great multiplayer game, great quality, and my family loves it. Just as I remember it!

It looks like brand new! Lost my original about 20 years ago. Now my kid can enjoy.

I gave the seller 5 stars because I recieved the game and couldnt get it to work. I reached out and they got right back to me apologizing and refunded my money asap even without me sending it back. Great customer service!
