Award Plaque 13" x 10.5" Mahogany, 18813M

This one from Amazon ended up being better than the one I got from a trophy shop. It’s a simple design, but with the certificate I had. It made a glowing impression.

This was purchased so a photo collage could be presented to people, with an attractive frame. This product is great for that. I print my photo collages 8"x10", on 8 1/2"x11" photo paper. The plexicover is 8 1/2"x11", so it matches the paper size, leaving a border of white paper around the collage. The tacks for holding the plexi cover to the wood frame are attractive. The reason for not giving this product a 5-star rating is because the plexi cover has thin plastic backing material on both sides. One side of the backing material is easy to remove; the other side is difficult to remove. I highly recommend this Award-A-Plaque for creating a very attractive presentation to people.

Yes, it's true! Chessy and funky. For under 15 bucks, however, what would anyone expect? It's now proudly hanging on the wall holding my certificate for all to see. Looks great! If there is a down side, it would be at first I thought the tacks had been left out. After some searching I found the obscure and unexpected location where the company had packed them. Oh, yes. I'm not someone the company has hired to give five star ratings. Just a guy who wanted something inexpensive but looked good to display my certificate in.

Document holder is in one word; junk. For the price I did not expect a top quality product, but I did expect better quality than I received. The plaques are made of particle board, pressed sawdust, should not be a problem but the two I got, the particle board appeared to have gotten wet or were not cleaned of debris prior to the wood grain plastic covering being applied. The result was not a smooth attractive wood like finish, but very noticeable rough finish. There is zero symmetry in the entire unit. The predrilled holes in the acrylic document cover were not even close to being drilled in the same location at each corner nor were the predrilled tack holes in the plaque its self. All holes were within 5/16" of the same location. The holes in the acrylic also did not match up with the tack holes in the plaque. I could not bring myself to use these plaques the way they were manufactured. I also could not force myself to "make" them work. They would have been an embarrassment hanging on the wall, an insult to the Award I was trying to display.

I work for an event planning company and at the end of the seminar each attendee receives a certification. We have handed out over 60 of these and I stand by this product. Great quality and easy to assemble!

I really valued this product and continuously purchased additional plaques. BUT you changed the size to larger and the quality for the covering on the plaque peels off when I take off the tape. I really valued you products for Veterans Award because it gave them pride. I do not like your new product for it is a lower quality.

These made inkjet printed parchment certificates look like expensive Trophy Shop awards! What was great was we found them on a super sale but were limited to only 10. We'd have loved to be able to give these out for all our Chess tournament school team winners every time we hold an event. Really worth it if you need to elevate a certificate.
