Excellent product support!!
We love the dishes - are using them in our camper. One bowl arrived with a crack. I contacted the company and they replaced not only the dish, but one whole set of dishes. They were prompt and courteous and really stand behind their product. The dishes themselves are exactly as described - lightweight, durable, easy to clean. Love them and the company!!

Use these for daily "quiet " eating
I cannot tolerate loud sounds when eating. These dishes are great! No more loud clanking and scraping sounds when others eat. A dream for misophonia people like me. My sister uses them as well, as she is neuro divergent.

Cute Set, Not Sturdy, Not Good for Sauces
It's a cute set, but the plates aren't good for anything that has sauce. The sauce kinda just spills off. They aren't very heavy so... Even using a knife on them makes them wobble. And after washing them with dish soap the dish soap taste literally stays even after drying. They're cute though.

Great for clumsy people
Love that they are feather light to handle. Great for older people. Break free too. Can't microwave though. I have. The container gets too hot to touch.

If you like bamboo there is not much here. Mostly plastic

Lovely
These are lovely, lightweight for my RV, and durable. They washed well and are nice to use. I love it they are made from bamboo. They don’t feel like wood, but the wood look matches my red oak interior perfectly.

Not dishwasher safe
We bought for daily use but definitely didn’t feel they would hold up. They are not dishwasher safe and several pieces were broken in the box already. We returned them. I would see them more for occasional camping use maybe if you plan to hand wash. They look nice and the seller was great with the return. They just weren’t what we needed.

We love ours
So far we have used them twice. They are in our RV. Needed something reusable yet light weight and sturdy. I might need to order another set but so far the one set has worked for our family of 5. Easy to clean and hasn’t held colors from foods. No weird smells or tastes from the product. Great buy!
