Rudolph swapped for Ruby - genius!
I love that the star of this board book is a female Reindeer! It’s impossible not to fall in love with Ruby and children will have great fun using all the pull, push and turn mechanisms throughout. This joyful rhyming board book follows the Christmas adventures of Ruby Reindeer who is helping Santa deliver Christmas presents.Samantha’s bright and playful illustrations are a delight and Ruby is adorable. The pull, push and turn mechanisms give this book the extra wow factor – like Santa going down the chimney!Book reviewed on PictureBookPerfect.*I received a complimentary copy of this book, which I voluntarily reviewed. This review contains my honest unbiased opinion.

Colourful and fun
The book we recieved is called Ruby Reindeer - perfect for the season 🎅🏽Children have fun pushing, pulling and turning the mechanisms as they read about Ruby Reindeer's Christmas journey and answering a couple of easy questions to engage the child, such as, where is the mouse? The storyline is Ruby Reindeer flying through the sky and helping Santa deliver Christmas presents. All 3 of my children like the bright and colourful board book with gentle rhyming text and lovely illustrations by Samantha Meredith. There are 10 pages so for toddlers attention span it's perfect. Bonus points it's hard pages not flimsy.

Fun board book, your toddler will enjoy.
My daughter who is two, finds this board book enchanting. The reindeer give the elf's presents and Santa flys through the night sky. The book is filled with wonderment by each slide or pull interaction. My daughter and I are particularly fond of Santa going down the chimney into the house. This book would be even more amazing if the push and slide features also did something interactive on the reverse for the next page. All in all, this is brightly coloured and keeps my toddler abused for quite a while. I would recommend.

Engaging and exciting!
A really quirky book, ideal for toddlers and preschoolers. With short and rhyming sentences it captured my little boy and he couldn't wait to explore the moving parts on each page! Each page is perfectly illustrated in bright, bold colours. There is pushing, pulling and sliding tabs which encourages fine motor skills and brings the book to life. The promps are useful too, encouraging other skills such as counting ie "how many snowmen can you see?" A great Christmas book to share with little ones.

Ideal for a toddler Christmas Book
This book was the perfect addition to my toddler's Christmas Eve Box. The book is really sturdy and she loves interacting with the pull/ push and slide elements there are throughout this book. There are also questions/activities throughout such as counting how many snowman there are. We love these types of books as she is learning as we read, and it also keeps her interested. We've read this book so many times already that she knows the story off by heart!

This book is great for the festive season as it tells the story of Ruby the reindeer. There are colourful pictures with push, pull and slide mechanisms to keep little children entertained. Each other page has questions to answer for older readers. A great interactive book.My 3.5 year old son absolutely loved it and had no trouble using the mechanisms.
