War Eagle Mill 7 Grain Cereal, Organic and non-GMO - 16 oz. Pack of 2

Have made 3 nice loaves of bread in a bread machine with this. Recipe called for about 50 grams of multi grain cereal. It baked perfectly in the loaf and added just the right texture and flavor. Did not disrupt yeast. (Used a recipe from the Culinary Shades blog).

I bought this 7 grain cereal to make whole grain bread in my bread machine. I put a couple tablespoons in the recipe and it comes out perfect.

Was looking for a hot multigrain cereal like one that is served at an inn in West Virginia. Tried this one and it is delicious! Will now be a staple in our pantry.

I've been baking bread for 25 years, but I've only been using this 7 grain for a few months. My only complete is it doesn't come in a bigger size.Give it a try you won't be sorry.

Good mixture of grains for breakfast cereal. I generally add water and microwave, and pour milk. I sometimes add a few raisins. I had been purchasing Bob's but they temporarily discontinued shipment. This turned out to be an excellent substitute and I expect to continue buying this.

I grew up eating Roman Meal cereal and am trying to find something similarThis is close.

I Actually use it to make 7-grain bread. It smells and tastes good as I get it ready for use in the dough, but I don't eat it for breakfast. Makes for fantastic bread though.

This cereal has a full-bodied whole-grain flavor unlike the flaked stuff available elsewhere. I wish it were more consistently available, since going back to the other stuff is such a downer.
