I can’t wait to wear this at work. I work in a Comm Center and I have a tendency to slouch at my desk and bring my shoulders forward. My asst. supervisor told me about this and I immediately jumped on it not only for the price but also for the size. The one I got from my chiro is huge. It took me less than five minutes to put it together and get it on under my clothes. Of course being a woman I had situate everything else but once I looked In the mirror and saw I couldn't see it under my job shirt, I knew this would work. There’s an immediate change in my posture. I look forward to using this not only for work but also when I hike, and to help improve my posture when we go kayaking.

I bought this for support for my shoulders. Figure-eight braces keep my loose joints from slipping. Im looking for one that I can wear all day. This one is a good well made brace, with rolled up armpit padding that can be attached where you need it. The armpit padding is thick, which prevents sharp straps from pinching under your arms. However they are thick enough to push your arms away from your torso. I moved them to the front to provide extra support for my shoulders. I was very pleased to find a free sleep mask included. The velcro is the kind that doesnt snag on everything. This was a high quality product, and even came with instructions!

This product is awesome! Having been told I have "bad paddler posture", my sports medicine doctor told me to work on my shoulder posture to help with some back and neck issues. I was SO surprised and pleased to find that this product existed! I've only had this for a day but can already feel the correction happening. It's very lightweight and very comfortable. I bought this posture corrector because my back and neck seems to constantly be sore all the time. I was constantly self-massaging or putting on Bengay or taking hot showers or something. Then somebody mentioned that I was slouching a lot. Once I was brought to my attention I consciously tried to set up but whenever I wasn't paying attention I would tend to slouch. That's when I bought this device. I love this thing. This has really helped me a lot.The padding helps as it is adjust to maneuver.It has help decrease a lot of my back pain as I lessened the strain.

As soon as I put it on I had less back pain. I wear it a few hours at a time and it has made my posture better even when I am not wearing it. I wished I would have gotten this 15 years earlier when my chiropractor was urging me to get one.I now have a straight posture. Highly recommended !

Mu husband and I bought this for posture correction/neck pain. I personally love it. It made my posture upright, like i was held up with a stick so I don’t slouch all the time. No problems at all including putting it together, comfort, and fit. My husband on the other hand had a minor issue because of his bigger stature compared to the size of the straps. He felt like there should be a longer straps for bigger guys like him although his fits, barely though, but still fits his 5’10 250lbs frame in comparison to my 5 feet 160 lbs body. But overall, if you have an average body size I really like it. I guess, my only recommendation is a longer strap option for bigger guys.

I picked this up for my husband who strained his back and could hardly move. Within a few hours he was able to walk around the house. He used the belt constantly for the first few days and his movement increased greatly. It has helped with his posture as well so he isn't slouching and hasn't had as much neck pain.

I have Scoliosis and lower back pain, I figured this was be a waste of money but it really helped me I wear it everyday not a night
