These are GREAT!
Well engineered! No batteries! Strong signal!I've been using this system for over 2 years and it works like a champ. I've tried several others in the past. They were a pain and didn't work reliably like this one does. I have this attached to a steel clad door which may be why other brands had issues. I can put the receiver in a central location in my small house through an interior door and there is no problem with reception. This thing works first time and every time. It just works. No batteries is a huge plus. Not only do I never have to change batteries but I don't have to worry about the batteries dying and my dog learning that his button stopped working.I bought an extra activator to put on another door and the pairing was utterly simple. Hold down the "volume up" button on the receiver for 5 seconds until the blue light comes on then press the button on the activator. Not only is this well thought out and well engineered, it makes my life easier.

Easily pairs
I think my dogs ate my former receiver...still haven't found it. It's probably honestly buried in the backyard. We had the system for close to a hear before we lost the receiver. This was so easy to pair and came with multiple pieces of 3m adhesive for reattachment needs. So pleased.

Easy and inconspicuous
The media could not be loaded. We trained a puppy with this so attaching it to the wall wasn't ideal because it gave him access to chew it. (It held up though!) So, we used the provided adhesive disc to attach it to a brick. Being able to tap it with his paw made all the difference in training, too. It took patience, but he got it pretty quickly. We have a fenced in backyard, so he rings it when he wants to go out for whatever reason, meaning I didn't train him to only ring it when he needs to go to the bathroom. Now, we have the one outside still attached to a brick and the one inside attached to a nice looking, heavy concrete display platform I bought on Etsy from a shop called (blocksetproject)

Easy to use, but not as durable as I'd hoped
First of all, these are great. Our new dog learned them very quickly, and it's essential for us to have an way to know when he wants to go out (since for some reason he never barks or scratches like our other dogs - he just sits and waits... until he doesn't want to wait any more...).My only concern and the reason for a 4-star review is the durability. Our dog has already broken two of them. Now, he did this by banging on them repeatedly and biting them when he wanted to go outside and we weren't allowing it, so it's not at all an intended use of the bell, but I was surprised they broke. Both broke in the same way: the cover came off, and what looks like a circuit board inside broke in half. He's a 35-lb schnoodle, so there's not much of him to put behind his angst, and he was only allowed to do this for the time it took us to get to him and stop him, so maybe 30 seconds at most. The company sent us one replacement for free after the first one broke, which was much appreciated, and I didn't even bother contacting them after he broke the second one (that's on us!). We've now attached bell #3 to the door with velcro so that we can remove them if he isn't allowed outside for some reason, and if he gets overly excited ringing it, it falls off instead of allowing him to keep banging it or to start biting it.So, if you have a young, stubborn pup, maybe keep an eye on how they use the bell, but otherwise we've been very happy with how these perform (and will just keep replacing them if he keeps destroying them... as you do with young pups...).

Work well
I bought these to add on to the original set I bought from their own website. They were super easy to connect to my existing set. I like these kind much better than a few other brands I’ve tried. These are actual button type activators and the dog has to press it to make the sound. I had some outside for him to get back in that were not like that and the bell would ring if it was raining or if a bug landed on it. These are great. I’ve had the original set for about 6 months at least and they are still working great. No issues with batteries like the other brands we tried that died after a couple of months. A quick little training session and the dog gets it.

Great for multi level homes
I live in a three story townhome. This is perfect for us. The front door is on the ground floor, but the living room and kitchen are on the second floor, and the master bedroom is on the third floor. Thanks to this little smart bell and an addition relay speaker, I can hear my puppy asking to go out no matter where I am in the house. I placed one bell on the first floor by the front door and a second bell on the main level. I have one relay speaker on the second floor and one on the third floor. I just love it! I knew with the layout of my home that the traditional bells hanging off the front door would not work. Initially, I had them mounted on the wall, but my puppy is very gentle and would often just brush against the bell instead of giving it a good tap with his nose. I removed them from the wall and placed them on the floor. Once it was out in the floor, my puppy was able to paw the bell without any issues.

Worth every penny
We taught our Corso to use these bells to get in and out of the exterior doors of our house. Pairing and adding more buttons is easy. There is a ton of rings to choose from and the volume control is great. These have also survived a serious beating from our mastiff...he doesn't have the lightest touch. The tops have come off a few times when he's pawed at it too hard but it just pops right back on. I LOVE this product, it's saved my doors and my sanity. Thank you Mighty Paw!
