CAMVATE Light Stand Mount Articulated 1/4''-20 Mini Ball Head for Monitor/LED Light - 1952

Well made and quite useful but sometimes hard to make minor adjustments in one axis.

I like this little ball head. I use it to mount a microphone and not photographic equipment, but for my use it works great. To use it as a mic mount you have go get a ¼-20 to 5/8-27 adaptor, but those are not hard to find nor expensive. Allows me to quickly position a microphone. Secure enough for an expensive 1 kg stereo tube microphone atop a 4 m light stand. Small, light, inexpensive, secure, and versatile; what’s not to like? I will probably buy more.

This review is for the CAMVATE Mini-Ball-Head Light Stand Mount for Monitor/LED Light.I'm using mine to hold a small 4" x 6" LED soft light over a soft photo cube. It is mounted on a not-expensive standard boom mic stand and it works perfectly. The design is very clever and strong and keeps my LED light exactly exactly where I want it.I'm a happy camper!

If your questioning if you need this or not, or if you wonder “how many times/uses will I get from it”, you need this. This has so many uses and you will use it more than you’d imagine. Made a strong lightweight metal. Will buy more.

I use these on my light stands to hold my Lumecube Panel light as a Fill light. I am sure I will use them for many other uses as well. They were a few bucks cheaper here on Amazon than on other sites too!

Using with a Canon Vixia HF R82, overhead for streaming. Constantly rotates on its own. Wish it held a little stronger.

This product does exactly what it said and was so easy to add to my product and the light panel worked great pointed right at the video taking a really great item if you are working on videos on card table size area this is perfect to make a setup that works for the lighting if not a super heavy setup but ours worked great....

As I used this with a rotatingportrait / landscape phone holder mounted on a light stand with auto deploying legs, it's great.

I think the clamp is fine for use with more lightweight objects, but heavier objects can push the limit of the ball joint's capability to stay in place, especially if it is mounted horizontally.The good thing is that you can separate the mount into two pieces as well.

Bon rapport qualité-prix par rapport a des marques photo-pros dispendieuses. bâtie en métal, par rapport , le diamètre me permet de l'installer sur une prise prévus pour de l'éclairage.

Tiene buen agarre, espero mantenga esa firmeza, lo he usado sólo dos veces.
