Trekk Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Bar - 65 grams, Pack of 6-High Protein+High Fiber

While definitely not the best tasting protein bar,it does have quite a substantial protein content and the satiety that comes with it.•Keeps one full for about 2 hours or so.•But,the bar is really chewy and the taste needs improvement.•The packaging is okay although the outer box package that these bars came in was damaged in transit.•But,as with all protein bars,if you’re in a hurry and need to hit your protein intake,this bar will provide a quick fix so long as you adjust to the taste and the chewiness.

For a protein bar, still too high on carbs. Tastes ok enough - worth a try once if fits your macro budget

The bar is very chewy and doesn’t taste that good. It’s an okay protein bar. I like yogabar much better than this

Guys.., 😊.Being using the Trekk Blueberry protein bars and would like to share my views on the same..1, Thick and rich in content :.- contains about 23g protein and 7g dietary fibers in each bar..- quality vegetarian proteins used. ( whey protein, soy, pea, and almonds ).- plant dietary fibers used..2, Delicious :.- dried blueberry, apple fiber, black currant, honey, and white chocolate used.3 Texture and feel :.- thick, chewable, not dry, not brittle, no aroma- mid to low flavor of ingredients noticed..VERDICT 🤔 :.Quality ingredients for the price paid..Tried with many protein bars in the past, most of them feel just like rubber and this bar definitely not, so worth recommending..Finally, do tick the "Helpful" option below thereby helping others for an easier decision..Thank you 🤗

Has real depth of flavour and you can tell ingredients are quality. They are a fantastic snack to take with you on the go and the health benefits are excellent.It might not turn you to Hulk Hogan, but trust me, neither will the others. It does what it says.It has this 'sticky' feel to it, it can stuck in your teeth but it tastes great!.Some people will have a tough time getting these HUGE bars down. They take a while to eat, making it more difficult to finish one of these bars.

Flavors are not up to the mark, are very subtle. The main issue is texture. It is really sticky like a caramel toffee, sticks to your teeth. Chocolate chip cookie dough is just bad. They have no sense of how cookie dough tastes, the chocolate chips used are just plain pathetic. In fact, all the flavors are bad. Go for Muscle Blaze instead.

I will be going on a trip sometime later, so it will not be an option for me to have / carry enough eggs on my trip to satisfy my protein requirement. Therefore, I bought these Trekk Protein Bars. Now, here I am, after the trip, having eaten the Protein Bars and ready to review them.For eatables, one should always go by the INGREDIENTS list, rather than the tags places by the brand on the cover. One protein bar, of 65 grams, provides 23 grams of protein and 7 grams of Dietary Fiber. Other then these, of course their are Carbs, Fats, etc. present in the bars. Also, to enhance the taste, Artificial Sweeteners and Sugar have been added to the bar, which might be a concern for regular protein bar users. The bar expires in 9 months.The bars come in 3 flavors (2 bars of each flavor), 'Rushing Coffee', 'Indulging Chocolate'and 'Luscious Blue Berry'. The taste of the bar is VERY GOOD compared to some other protein bars as these Trekk Bars have ADDED SUGAR (around 1 gram) and ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS present in them. It contains Polyols, which may have laxative effects.Overall, for the price, I find the these Trekk Protein Bars very good, both in taste and the amount of protein, carbs and fibers they provide. I am not a regular consumer of protein bars and use these types of bars once in a while only. I am a BEGINNER in this area and have shared my experience from this level of knowledge only.

For a protein bar that is providing 23g of protein, it also comes with 11g of sugar. You may think that for amount of the sugar, the bar will taste good, but it literally has no sweet flavour, there are bars out there with lesser sugar content that are more flavorful. The after taste is so synthetic. Its leaves this weird plasticky taste in your mouth. The texture is not the nice kind of gooey, it actually sticks to your teeth and post workout you dont want to trouble of chewing a rubbery bar when you need some quick nutrition. Big waste of money and 100% not trying any other flavours and never buying it again.
