Good organic tea to help with weight loss. Herbal flavor. I like to drink it late afternoon or evening. It increases bowel movements.

I make this hot roughly 1 1/2 hrs before bedtimeits tasty, no bitter after tasteWithin 1 /2 hrs after drinking I get drowsy and sleep fairly well

Not what I expected.
I love Guava! And I know Guava leaf has tons of excellent health benefits. I was a bit dissatisfied with the lack of flavor(basically none) it had. I ended up having to use it with a different tea so I could taste something. I was extremely disappointed.
