The box arrived damaged. The only damage inside was the mounting bar for the hose reel was bent and easily straightened. Easy to understand instructions (they are important to read) and easy to assemble. It works as well as a 115 Volt power washer is able. Better than the sub $200 models, it has a triplex pump that should last for years if you don't run it dry. I does what I need faster and using less water than just a water hose to clean my pavers of dirt and guano around the pool. It does not have the power of a gas powered machine. The hose is only 25 feet which is OK for a car wash, but not long enough for my needs. The wand could be a bit longer. Overall it is well made and I am happy with it, just spoiled by the gas powered machines I have used before.

I purchased this pressure washer because I wanted something that was easy to move, had different attachments for specific usage and was durable for the rural area. The handle for the hose broke immediately and I was worried about my purchase. One phone call to Sunjoe and the issue was resolved. Great customer service. The spray nozzles are just what I looking for to tackle different task. I purchased an extension for the hose and a deck scrubber. At first, my results were sub par. Then I figured out that the pressure knob was on the lowest setting. As soon as I adjusted it, with a simple turn of a knob, I began cleaning everything with ease.Update May 2019:Just finished power washing 3,000 + sq ft deck and gazebo. I put the job off for years because I knew I needed to rent a heavy duty one to get it done. It took me about 4 days using it several hours per day. The machine never blinked. It was smooth and hardworking, taking off years old crud. I thought it might leave the wood rough but I think I could get away without sanding. I am really glad I got this machine!

pressure washer works great, not too noisey. hose is decent quality. hose real is a pile of junk however, dont expect that to last. 2nd time using it cheap weak plastic handle broke. was missing a clip in the packaging and customer support from sunjoe was excellent. cheap foam cannon works pretty good too. hard to beat for the 200 bucks i got it for. packaging was horrible but everything survived without damage. if only the hose reel was as good as the rest of the machine and cart.

Great for car detailing. Packaging was awful. Came like it was used. Other then that the unit is plenty powerful. I’ll be considering selling my Simpson 3200psi pressure washer now

So far so good. I ditched the cart and the wand and reel. Using as a stationery unit in my garage for detaling my cars. Hooked itup to a cox reel with75’ of hose. Plenty of power and perfect for foam cannon. Only negative is it doesn’t auto start stop, hopefully that wont shorten its life but only time will tell.

I expected it to be a bigger jump from my harbor freight pressure washer. The overall quality isn't the best. The hose reel feels like it will break any minute now. Probably will be looking for a replacement soon.

It’s essentially a strong hose attachment. Really not a significant pressure washer stream.
