Best gelatin I've used
I'm updating my review because I've emptied another box. I've tried the granulated gelatins that give a higher bloom strength but they're finicky. These sheets have worked consistently for me and have been easier to bloom than the granulated.

Easy to use, dissolves quickly & completely

Great product, terrible packaging.
Great value, however I was expecting much better packaging like you would see with their 20 and 100 sheet packs with zip-lock bags... It was just a stack of sheets in a loose box. I ended up portioning it out and vacuum sealing them in bunches of 50 sheets.
