Not worth it!!
So I was in a rush at the grocery store and I bought this for my lunch something quick and easy but I was extremely disappointed The picture on the box is such a huge contrast to what’s inside the Box. first of all after I warned it in the microwave some of the ingredients spilled over onto the side so when I peeled back the plastic cover it was a mess!I was shocked to see the lifeless ingredients and I started to search for paneer and there was hardly any paneer in it.whatever pieces of paneer I found ; they were so small and flat that they were hard to see. Usually these quick and easy Indian lunch dishes are not that bad but this was one of the worst ones. I know that it has had six Awesome reviews but I don’t know how that has happened. The chanas and the green peas were good but the rice was not very good. It was very dry. I was very upset that I almost spent five dollars on a lunch dish which left me hungry. Plus, The proportion of the food was extremely small I could have easily had a good sandwich for five dollars.Anyway, that was my experience and I have given as many details as possible. so it’s your call to buy and try it. I really wish that I could have had a different experience to write a positive review. Thank you for reading 🙏

"Where's the Paneer?"
Taste is quite good. But it's not really a paneer dish. It's a beans peas and rice dish. If you search hard you'll find one tiny piece of paneer in each frozen box, sometimes two tiny pieces stuck together to look like one slightly less tiny piece. If you can afford the price for frozen peas and beans and mostly just the rice, then you've got more money than do I.

Healthful, Flavorful, Highest Quality Dietary Standards
Amy's foods are all very good but her Indian Mattar Paneer is a particularly good combination of healthful & flavorful ingredients. When it's only me for dinner, I can make this in five minutes & not have to feel guilty about having 'fast food' instead of cooking. I mix it all up together, grind some pepper & a little garlic sea salt over it and 'YUM'!!I adopted a Paleo diet several months ago & also eat only organic, gluten-free foods. Amy's are among the only prepared foods that adhere to those standards. There are no added sweeteners, no chemicals and no preservatives. Best of all, it tastes good!

I really enjoyed this frozen food
I really enjoyed this frozen food. Usually you can scare me away with chick peas but these are so soft and delicious. It's just the right combination of ingredients and low in calories (370).

Cheap and easy indian food craving alternative
if you're looking for a quick and easy indian lunch/dinner, look no further. Amy's Indian matar paneer is pretty darn good for a frozen dinner. The food is actually pretty "indian" in my experience. It's not as spicy as normal indian food. They give you several small paneer along with the matar. The chana (garbanzo beans) in the meal are sweet. The rice is the least indian bit but its a good compliment to the meal. This is a light and inexpensive alternative to going out and getting indian food.
