I love these pickled turkey gizzards, they are the BEST...They are super tender and the brine is perfect. If you like picked gizzards you will be very pleased with these. For those who love pickled Turkey Gizzards
I liked the allocation of Gizzards to smaller jars....consume them over a few days and on to another jar. Gizzards were fine, not sure better or worse than other choices. But what gizzard isn't great!
